Many thanks to Mr Saro who quickly repaired our tire which had a one inch nail slow puncture, saved our trip! Discount Tire didn’t charge us for the repair so we tipped the mechanic directly

Shady and very disappointed in the customer service, upon call spoke to Alex and hr mentioned will call back, so I took upon call back Oscar Manager answered the phone mentioned we will honor the price match and the deal Buy 2 get 2 free and tires won't be ready till Monday out of the blue they mentioned we got the district manager involved. Under the fine print it doesn 't state you can't price match total FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on website stated price beat guarantee and Entire price guarantee, which is not true at all. Won't do anything at all. They do not care

I got 2 flat tires at midnight in Pasadena. I hit something in the road. I called Triple A to be towed to Discount Tire store on E Walnut Street in Pasadena, CA. Thank God there gate was open. I left my car in the parking lot overnight. I called them when they opened and dropped off the keys and they replaced not my tires, that were still under warranty. I really appreciate not having to tow my car home and then tow it back to Discount Tires store the next day. Thank you for not closing the gate to your store.

Lots of back and forth inaccurate information. Actual service was fine. Good deals, but I was given inaccurate information and felt pushed to buy a tire.

Started out rough, I didn't buy tires at this location. I got a nail a fairly new tire from another Discount Tire location ( still the same company, on the same website) had to go through a little more hoop jumping than I thought I would but they took care of the repair ( bought road Hazzard on the tires..)
Ended up being a good experience, honored the warranty.

The service went as expected not as I woul have liked. They said they were not busy come on down, then the estimate was 2 hr. 31/2 hour latter they were done. T told them I thought two tires needed. They told me they would report back. They finished with no other contact, 2 tpm as expected, but they did not let me know ahead of time. Then when I asked about tire rotation they said they could not because I needed two front tires, I looked the tires were rotated. I know the tires are old but good tread so don’t know why they said I needed two tires and if I did why did they not sell me tires. Over the work was done but I felt lied to. Thankful that the work was none and wishing for better communication.
