Dude couldn’t authenticate a bag I bought from Dior. They have no idea what they’re talking about. Completely unprofessional, I wouldn’t trust anything you buy from this store, they don’t know anything.

My first time in a pawn shop. I was nervous pawning my high end watches with the trade of a fair amount loan but they made me feel very comfortable and secure. They put my watches in sealed slips with a number that I had to double check and confirm to insure my watches wouldn’t be swapped or misplaced. Top notch customer service and quality business. They are so pleasant to work with and honest. I definitely recommend everyone to this place. Thank you guys.

Impatient older gentleman didn't want to make a sale, and when I asked a price for yellow earrings pointing out a post was missing and stone extremely loose he said I won't sell it to you like this. Wouldn't come down on price and wouldn't fix the earring. As I patiently wait to be helped while younger man helped another customer the Grumpy older one didn't even appearing to busy to help not even acknowledge me.

come here to buy not to sell, they will low ball and lie to your face so you can sell them your item for super cheap, go donate plasma for 65-100 if you want fast cash. Come here if you want to screw yourself. He lied to my face so he can buy my gold for stupid cheap.

These guys are great, very helpful, considerate and funny! After nearly a year of the industry our household relies on being on strike Diamond Jim's was clutch by being the bridge we needed to get us by between the long gaps of paychecks. They gave us a very reasonable loan and I would recommend them to anyone that anyone who asked and honestly the percentage is so much lower than taking out a small bank loan or using your credit card. Cash is still King and at Diamond Jim's they'll help you keep your crown

I went here to sell a silver Cuban link necklace on 01.18.24 and was taken care of by Simon. The business and Simon in general was very accommodating and helpful. He provided me the best price he could in his assessment and I sold my necklace! Thank you!

My sister and I had the pleasure of shopping here today. We went in search of a gift for me and ended up getting something for my sister. The prices were great and the selection even better. Nshan was very attentive and knowledgeable. Once Art had a minute he also came over to share his knowledge. It was a great visit. We will return with our other sister!

It's a cool pawn nice jewelry and watches but don't take your stuff in to sell they will rip you off to the bone and sell it 5 times and you'll walk off with a few bucks while they make hundreds off your stuff....

I walked into Diamond Jim's pawn looking to get a secured loan for a couple of my diamond rings and a Louis Vuitton handbag. I spoke to a gentleman who was polite and honest, but he told me that unfortunately they don't accept handbags because there isn't enough demand among their customers for them.He quoted me for the rings only and I said I planned to get quotes from a few different places before making a decision.I spent the rest of the day visiting a handful of other pawn shops in the Los Angeles area, and with each one I visited I was increasingly STUNNED by how terrible they were!!All the subsequent shops were visually grimy and dingy... And filled with shady, predatory staff who had no clue the value of my items ... and I swear, each place low balled me worse than the last.Needless to say, hindsight is 20/20 and at the end of the day I was kicking myself for not taking what I now knew was a very generous & fair quote from Jim's!So I went back a day later and the gentleman I originally spoke with wasn't there this time, but I talked to another guy who was very kind and honored the same quote I had been given before.These guys are highly respectable and run their business with compassion and integrity. They make the process very easy and give you peace of mind that your valued belongings will be kept safe and maintained in pristine condition. They kept my rings in individual tamper proof security bags that have unique identification numbers- and they seal it, encourage you to write the number down, and open it right in front of you when you collect your items.The paperwork was quick, clear, & loan terms and interest rates are SO much better than any lending company I've interacted with! They even have a feature to get text notifications about upcoming interest payment dates which eased a lot of my worries.They actually care about their customers, and I am so thankful they were there to help me through a time of financial hardship. Hands down THE best pawn shop, and the only one I'd ever go back to!!! Thank you again!
