This is the best place to go for repairs! I’ve gotten my phone battery replaced here before and had a great experience- the staff charged a fair price and had my phone ready in less than an hour!
But the 5 stars is for repairing the screen on my MacBook Pro. It got a huge crack in it, and the entire top had to be replaced. I couldn’t remember exactly when I bought it, so the staff checked and my Apple Care was still active, which meant it only cost me $100 to replace the screen vs. $1500 w/o the insurance.
The environment at the store is really calm and welcoming, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable- i was a little worried about leaving my MacBook somewhere, but once I met the staff I felt 100% safe. I plan to do all my future Apple repairs here.
Great store, great people, and fair prices.

Everyone on the staff was very nice. HOWEVER, all I wanted was a battery for my laptop. I was told it would take about ten days. On the tenth day, I phone to find out what is happening with my laptop. I was told that they were waiting for Apple to ship them a box in which to send the laptop to have the battery replaced. I asked when did you intend to tell me that you have not yet even shipped out the laptop? Had I been told this would be the procedure, I would have taken my laptop home and waited for them to tell me the Apple shipping box had arrived. Although they are nice people, all of them, they are pretty much a group of nerds without the ability to put themselves in other people's shoes. I will attempt to put the battery into my computer myself even though there is the risk of harming it. It is better than going through this Keystone Cops procedure again.

Di-No Computers is great whether you need diagnostics or repairs, and also very helpful if you’re buying a new product. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful and eager to help with whatever your needs are. Plus you don’t have to deal with the crowds at the Apple Store in Old Town.

It was easy to make an appointment and the problem I had with my iPad was handled by the person at the desk. He then called another tech who showed me some newer models with more storage but definitely did Nit try to upsell me or talk me into buying a newer one. I feel they are honest guys and I would trust them with my tech needs in the future.

Charge $10 over list price for adapters. Go to Amazon or the vendors website. And Best Buy or Apple retail stores stock computers they have to order. And NEVER go there for a battery replacement in a new (post 2016 MacBook Pro or 2019 air) machine. Go to the Apple Store. Apple will accommodate with a great price and it includes the top cover and keyboard for around $200. Over 20 year ex-customer of both sales and service. Going to Apple and Best Buy for sales and Apple Store for service.

These people are like family. I have been with them since the very late 90's and even took some cookies in for one of their birthdays. They are kind and thoughtful. I don't go to Apple for help - I go to Di-No Computers without a doubt. Thanks to Di-No Ron Smith

These folks are fabulous! My Apple iPad mini would not hold a charge. They showed me that I was using inferior cables. They quickly got me the correct cables. While we were at it, she made sure that there was no issue with the battery itself. I wish I had got her name. Anyway, Di-No is dynomite on service!

Di-no computers is an official Apple device servicer at the time I used them. If u go to the Apple Store website in Pasadena, they will refer u to di-no and one other store for official servicing. The Apple website tried to get me to make an appointment to go to di-no for the following day, but I called them directly. They said they were booked out for 1-2 weeks but would fit me in the following day if I came in at open. The man at the front counter was very nice and professional. They finished my phone by the time promised. It was just a battery replacement and seems to be working properly with no problems a few weeks after the service now. The price was $99 for simple battery replacement in 12-2023. Since i anticipated they might ask for my phone unlock code (NOT Apple id), then I tried to logout of everything prior to arriving at the store in case they asked for this, which they did. Not sure if that is standard practice. They did not appear to tamper with anything they were not supposed to or steal my info. Overall, I would give them another shot for future phone battery replacement. Many stores have horror stories in the Yelp reviews for iPhone repair. At the time of my service, di-no only had one complaint for a customer service issue unrelated to the inappropriate or dishonest practices other stores had. All their other reviews were generally positive. Particularly if you just need a simple repair, give these guys a shot. Hopefully Apple regulates their official repair services and will drop these guys if their level of honesty should change and if they are retained, then hopefully that indicates continued honesty.
