“My wife and I stopped by this Macy so she could return an item here. We were already in the area so that's why we came to this one. We parked on the roof of the parking structure since all the other parking spots in the garage were taken. So we entered through the top level and had to go down to the lower level to return the item. This Macy is very nice, I think it's the nicest Macy I been to just because of the way they decorate inside. You feel like you're in a high value store based alone on how they display their items. The staff are great here and will answers all your questions.”

“I would like to acknowledge the absolutely outstanding customer service from Serine at the front desk. I was looking for a dress I really wanted in a diff size and I thought she would tell me that whatever is on the rack is all they have. But she went out of her way and even called the La Canada store for me. She went 150% and I can't begin to say how appreciative and impressed I was. You don't get customer service like this anymore because usually employees don't want to take the time. THANK YOU TJ MAXX AND THANK YOU SERINE!!! I will always be loyal to this TJ Maxx...”

“This is a median store compared to other marshalls stores, despite its size it is well distributed and has a good assortment. Although I did not find what I was looking for, I am very satisfied with customer service, their employees strive to provide assistance, give suggestions and even indicate other possible places where you could find what you are looking for. They know, what Customer Service is about.”

“My wife neglected to bring some items from AZ so we popped in the store. While she looked around, I found her two blouses and a pair of Sperry Topsider shoes. To my surprise, she snatched them from me and we were done in no time. Great finds!”
