Jeweler fixed my Movado watch. Made it like new. I went to two jewelers. Movado store at Citadel could not even fix it.? Apparently they did not have the part! I sent Darbini store a picture through text. They said bring it in and in 10 minutes it was done. I left so happy. Thank you! ?

I brought in a wedding band and engagement ring to sell. They offered a great price, and had a great selection in their store. A truly large variety of wonderful jewelry. My desire to write this review really came from how friendly and educated they were. It truly felt like they were happy to be there, happy to chat, and happy to answer any questions.

The service at Darbini can only be matched by their quality of work! Top notch! I came in there with an emergency and Oscar helped me sort everything out right away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He did an excellent job and got me out of a jam. Wonderful shop run by wonderful people! I'll be coming back here for all future jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

Just tried to call and got no answer. Went to the shop and when ringing the bell the lady came to the door to ask what I wanted. I said I wanted to shop for jewelry. After she looked me.over she told me they worked by appointment only. I then asked why that wasn't listed on the website. She did not have any answer for that. Just terrible service and a terrible experience. They don't have to worry about getting my money.

Took my Vanna watch in for a band adjustment. Owners Oscar and Liana were very kind, professional, and prompt with the service. I can't recommend them enough! They also specialize in jewelry repair. I'm so grateful, and will be returning.

Wonderful, personable service and a true family operation. We’ve had such a positive experiences here that we continue to come back even though it’s not close to our home. Hope to see these folks in business for many years to come!

This place is not friendly. The guy is very rude and dosent meet professional needs. I highly Recommend finding another place. This guy will rip you off and have a demeaning demeanor towards you.

They were patient and understanding when they helped us first resize my family’s engagement ring for my wife, and they then helped us choose the perfect matching wedding bands.
