convient because it’s right down the street from me but the workers especially the manager are just extremely rude as if it’s part of their job. the filipino male manager is probably the worst of them all. he’s exceptionally just rude and inconsiderate. parking lot and store always seem like they just need to be cleaned and care for better.

Do not try and actually call the pharmacy to speak with a person. You will be subject to a very frustrating loop in their automated call system that will deny you speaking to a human. Welcome to 2024.

Terrible location. I booked a TD vaccine online and when I got there, a pharmacist (Asian woman with highlights) told me they were going on lunch break and to come back in 45 mins. She was very rude and seemed to not care. Awful patient care/experience.

First things first, this store is by far the best location I've been to. Not only did they acknowledge me when I first came into the store, they also asked if they could help me with anything and to ask them if I had any questions. I had the pleasure of asking Nina for help and she went above and beyond my expectation in answering all my questions, showing me where I could find the products I needed and gave me assistance to my car. She was very friendly, courteous and she made it very easy for me to make decisions quickly when I was on the fence about my purchases. In the short amount of time spent at the store, she was able to make me feel like I can trust her and rely on her perspectives. She genuinely wants to help you and make you feel good about your purchases and doesn't make you feel bad if you had to ask her to check on something. I would definitely come back to this store and refer to all of my friends and family all because of Nina.

I have been picking up a prescription from this location for over a year and a half now and everybody I encounter through the drive-through could not be more polite, I just had Josh and he was an absolute gem. Knew it was about time to leave a review!!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, AVOID THIS "PHARMACY". I had not heard from them in days regarding my prescription so I called and navigated the labyrinth phone maze until I got a person on the phone. She informed me that the drug was in but they didn't call me because (and I quote) "I didn't think you would want to make the co-pay." I informed her that there are laws against a pharmacy making medical decisions for a patient and she then grunted and said "well, anyway we sold out of your medication now". I asked when it would be back in stock and was told "we never know until the truck drops it off". This is a place for everyone who got a D- in their pharmacy exam and, judging from the response and conversation on the phone, they are dipping into their own supplies. They are incompetent, passive, and utterly useless. CVS should fire everyone in that pharmacy and start fresh. Seriously, no word of exaggeration, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place because unlike the CVS on Orange Grove, I value human life.

20 min wait for a flu vaccine appointment, and the pharmacist didn’t even wear gloves when administering the vaccine. Isn’t that basic medical hygiene?

Almost impossible to get a prescription on time here now. Despite the text reminders and spam texts, this pharmacy has really lost it's way. Understaffed or poorly managed compared to a few years ago. Lots of people behind the counter doing something. Ugh
