I took my two little ones for their vaccinations. The pharmacist, I believe her name was Wan (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) was so sweet and patient and very skilled with communicating with them. They were able to get their vaccinations quickly and were at ease with her. I just wanted to recognize and thank her for her patience and her ability to soothe and calm them. She is amazing!

If you're interested in a 2 star pharmacy, look no further. After using this pharmacy and shopping here multiple times, it is clear that they don't really care about taking care of the patients. More often than not they have been rude and unhelpful. The tipping point for me was when I called in about status of my prescription refill. The lady was extremely rude, said she didn't know when they would have it in stock and refused to check other pharmacies to see if they have it in stock. I proceeded to ask her if they might have a similar medication in stock that I can request since I really needed the prescription and she hung up on me. Zero interest in doing her job and assisting a patient. This is the level of care and standard CVS has. There is 1 or 2 pharmacists that provide much better service, but the vast majority of the rest have been terrible. Clearly a leadership issue at this branch and above. Why come here hoping for the 1 or 2 people that actually try to assist you when there are better pharmacies available?Look elsewhere for a more dependable pharmacy.

So I found out this CVS Pharmacy is conveniently located in the first plaza from Hastings Ranch, Pasadena, CA. I had to return a bottle of vitamins I didn't need but bought thinking I was gonna try the brand, 'Nature's Bounty.' I thought I was gonna have to wait in a block of a line at first like the West Covina branch, but either the manager or the cashier was very observant, she immediately helped me out right away, and there was zero wait time. I don't understand the 2-star rating reviews here, though. I really don't get it. From that simple errand I was running, I was satisfied. Next time I'll shop here because they actually utilize the self check-out registers here now too. So efficient. What's with the 2-star rating, folks?!

Customer service is the worth, they are clueless and they are always in a rush for doing nothing! The products are difficult to search for and there's no help. The manager is useless, she wouldn't move a finger if you need anything from a product or a service. Also there's always people coming in stealing things and it feels really unsafe to be around.

The pharmacist at this location is really rude and needs to learn people skills. She walked away from people when they're asking her questions pertaining to vaccination and appointment scheduling.A customer in line said, "maybe she's on her period, she's so moody." Basically, everyone in line laughed and agreed. It's really important for a pharmacist to listen to a person's medication concerns, as their life depends on this medication. Being and acting like a bitch to people while they're inquiring about medication can be detrimental to their health. Either get her more training or replace her.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Does nothing to help the customer. The pharmacy tech there rolls her eyes at every question you ask. She would not allow me to speak to the pharmacist after multiple attempts to talk to them. "She's going to tell you the same thing I'm saying." Is her response when I asked. I asked once more and was ignored. On top of this, They did not call the company behind my medication with a coupon issue and kept telling me I needed to call even though on the coupon it says the pharmacy needs to call with any questions. No attempt to help or resolve issues. I have never been treated this way in any capacity at a pharmacy and never write reviews because hey people have bad days. I get it. But this was the third time in a row. Save your time. Save your money. Go anywhere else for your prescription. You have been warned!

The pharmacist hung up on me and the insurance agent for medicine refill. Not only does she have an attitude but she is very incompetent. Now I can't get med on time no thanks to her.

I was treated very rudely by the cashier which walked away as I went to the self check out machine...I used my monthly 10 dollar coupon for poise and wanted to see if I could get a bag of snacks marked 97 cent right below the item which were regularly 4 dollars...I asked the cashier why the item rang up not as marked and I was told condescending that the 97 cents was for some other item...I was not told what item that was and I felt like I was made to feel stupid...

What is it about CVS pharmacies? Are they required to be rude and condescending to customers? Tried to grab a Covid test and they were out... I assumed that meant most places were as well and asked if she had advice on a better outlet. She looked at me deadpan "somewhere else?!" Yikes. I just said "thank you for being so... kind. Have a good day." Maybe she was having a bad day but if people are in pain, dealing with that is just awful.

This is my usual pharmacy. I find the staff to be fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I wish the hours were longer, so check before you go to make sure they're open.

Horrible. I purchased a laundry product a couple months ago and returned it the next day for a refund since I found it cheaper somewhere else. The lady behind the counter "processed" the refund and the return. No biggies. Well, she never did. I contacted my bank for a refund and they processed it...only for CVS to claim two months later I never returned said merchandise. Since it's been two months, I no longer had the receipt so I couldn't claim they were wrong. I think it's funny they would claim that when they supposedly have cameras everywhere watching people so I'm sure if I pushed the issue, I would've had them run the footage. Whether it would've made a difference is a whole another story. However, it was the last time I would ever visit this particular CVS. Now I understand the bad reviews. Horrible people there who get what they deserve. Have fun with that minimum wage job, dummies. That is the best you'll ever do in life.

They have NEVER got my prescription correct and always have issues contacting my doctor. Never had problems at other places before, only thing changed was using this pharmacy. Never again. Avoid.

Pharmacy service is OK but slow because this location always seems under-staffed resulting in long lines at drive thru and extended waits in-store. Front of store regular shelf prices are expensive so only buy if there is a sale price. Adequate free parking.
