Terrible experience. Bought a phone from this location with screen protector which they installed with bubbles. I asked them what we can do about it. They said we can't do anything about it. The manager was not helpful either she was actually very rude and distepectfull to me as if it was my fault. .It's a shame that this kind of unprofessional people still work for this great company. I'll make sure that everybody knows about this. If you have extra nerves and money you can go to this store once they take the money from you they can do anything with your merchandise and it's going to be your problem.?

An elderly friend of mine on a fixed income needed a new phone, she has been a customer of Cricket for years and rarely upgrades her phone. Her phone was broken so I went with her to get a new one. I researched online before we went and most of their Android phones are terrible. Online the phone I wanted to buy said it was in stock at this store and when we got there they said they have no stock. Even though my friend has been a customer for years and her phone was old they refused to waive the activation fee - which is garbage for a long time customer. I am so glad I am not a Cricket customer - many people who have written a review here have said that Cricket waived their activation fee. Why am I upset? Because I was paying for the new phone. Go to any other carrier that you can afford. Both the online and in person customer service is unacceptable.EDIT (my response to Cricket): Exactly as I expected, I got some generic public relations response that doesn't address the issue I had. Maybe people should know that if your household makes less than 200% of the median household income for your area you can pay $10/month for Cricket "service." That information should be made easily available as it would have benefited my friend but this company is perhaps the greediest one I have encountered. If you have Charter/Spectrum account a single line plan for the same amount as Cricket (with no hotspot) for the same price with better customer service.

Went in today to do a phone upgrade had a great experience the girl transferred all the data from my old phone band made sure everything was working ok I also purchased accessories she made sure I got the best deal. I definitely recommend this place
