“I have been a member of this credit union for over 15 years. I love the personnel. They are very friendly, helpful and patient. Sometimes the lines are long and only one teller at the window or they have to close for lunch due to a shortage of staff. Overall, this credit union has great APRs for cars, houses, savings, loans, and checking accounts. Easy parking.”
“I love my credit union. I have been using this credit union before they were at this location and before I had children. The one big problem with this location is that the parking for credit union members is usually taken up by people that are not using the credit union. I've never had to park on the street before behind the parking lot but I have had to do that recently. When I am conducting business and money transactions, I don't wanna have to park that far away from the banking institution. I have watched people come out of the Sylvan learning business that have had their cars parked in the member parking only spots for over 20 minutes or longer. They just sit there and don't move their car. I feel that this could be remedied by one person having their car towed but also putting on the signs that there is member parking only from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Saturday. I want to bring new business to the bank in form of my mom but I don't wanna have to park across the street if she needs a space that is close to the bank. I really really hope that this parking situation gets corrected. Because the tellers know me and I know them and this is a wonderful credit union. I feel that it is the management that needs to take care of the problem that I have. But I don't believe I am alone in This.”

“I love this credit union. The decorations make you feel like you are in Hawaii. Lines are always short and the service is fast. The staff is professional, friendly, and understanding. Usually, it's only one teller however, they do not rush you. They make you feel good about being a member of their bank. Great interest rates on loans, savings, checking, etc. Plenty of parking in the rear lot or on the street. Note: They do not have a money-counting machine to count money they do it by hand the old-fashioned way. They do not have zelle yet. The ATM is only Available during bank hours.”

“This place is awesome. Every few weeks when I lose my wallet, I swing by. They are able to print them out there and give you a new one within minutes. The wait times on the phone are insanely high which is why I'm knocking a star off. But I like my credit union. I've been with them for 17 years.”
“I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”
