Daniel at the return cashier. He was extremely rude with me. I came to return a food processor I bought at beverly hills. I live in Pasadena. And Beverly hills is far for me. When I called the Beverly Hills location they said it's not a problem to return it in Pasadena they told me just bring the receipt with me. I went and Daniel kept denying my return telling me to return it to Beverly Hills location he was rude. And I showed him the cracked side he was telling me its okay. I told him we didn't use it my mother opened it and saw it was cracked and we packaged it to return it. After him telling me several times to return it to Beverly Hills. I told him I want the manager he then finally returned the food processor.Horrible service.I shop at Crate and Barrel for years this is the first location I receive horrible service in. I will not be shopping here again.

I had an amazing experience at the store as Simon on second floor was helping us. He was very knowledgeable about merchandize and made a few suggestions that actually worked.The reason I am giving four stars is because of interaction with salesperson on first floor. A lot of unnecessary attitude.

I was shopping there last week and I asked to use the bathroom, someone downstairs told me it was located right up the stairs. The hallway was blocked by a metal rack. I asked the man upstairs and he told me the bathrooms were out of order and there was one across the street but did not know exactly where. I then told the woman that I first spoke with and she said “oh yeah after 2:00pm he sometimes closes the bathrooms so that all of Pasadena won’t come and use them”. I had to go to the bathroom so bad, so I sat my basket down and went across the street to try and find the bathroom. When I got over there I could not find it so I asked the sushi restaurant if they knew where it was. The person at the front told me “there was not one, but I could use theirs” thankfully. I then went back over to Crate & Barrel to finish my shopping however my basket was now gone and the stuff I wanted to buy was put away. I was so mad about this whole situation that I just gave up and went somewhere else. Also not only is that rack blocking the bathrooms, it is also blocking the emergency exit. These employees do not care about their customers or their safety.

The service was fantastic!!!! Elizabeth and Marilyn made a great team. Each went out of their way to help me and made sure I found everything I needed. They were personable and fun yet very professional and knowledgeable. I had such a pleasant shopping experience that I didn't want to leave the store. The products are beautiful of great quality and reasonably priced. If you visit this store make sure to ask for Elizabeth and Marilyn. They will definitely take care of you.

It saddens me that a few people had negative experiences here but for my wife and I, this is our go-to store for anything C&B related. Every time I've come here, we are always greeted with friendly smiles and amazing service. Carlos and Esther has been nothing but helpful and a huge pleasure to work with. We were looking for a couch and an accent chair and picked what we liked. Carlos mentioned that we get 15% off since we had just moved, which was a promotion. He offered us a quote and didn't pressure us to purchase right on the spot. We told him that we would be back. A week later, my wife and I decided to go with the furniture and make the purchase. We were greeted by Esther, who helped us through the entire process. She looked up the quote, applied the discount, and we were set. Thank you to you both! Honestly, it's professionals like them which make big purchases a smooth process. Will be going back for sure!

I would like to give this store 0 star if I can.This store whole team are snob like another comment,every time you walk in the associate will look at you ,if you not dressing very rich if they think,they never will come to help you,cause they think you won't by anything stuff.Also on last week me and my brother been both treat unfairly also their manager are racism.On Last Thursday I am going with my brother I am think to buy new bed sheet set,nobody are help me.Because I don't like dressing fancy.Then I try to ask my brother opinion,I don't see him at store.I been call him,him been told me he been kick out by the store employee.Because they are close!But I am seeing still few people in the store,also there are still 10mins away to close time.I feel sad to my brother been kick out,even for the close time you can't just kick out or instead use kindly reminder.Still less here very clearly they just direct only my brother not other customer.Then just left.Then next day,I just try to shop online to get sheet,then jump out 10% off promo,then I follow the online step to type in my text and email.Then I never received the code.I am going to store try to ask if someone can help me to see why I don't receive.Then the employee he try to ask his manager to come here help,the manager he was so so so impatient,he just saying he don't know.Then he left to downstairs to instead look up his phone and talking to his colle.Then the employee he try to help me find another manager say she probably can help me.Then the side manager Kimberly came,she was more impatient compared then manager.She just look at me say why you can't receive code,it's because you used it already.Excuse me I am not have one code then shows on the system already used.The thing it's I never get any code.I am tell she to give me an apologize right away!Also she can't say this without any evidence,it will be frame up.But Kimberly just say:I don't know you!How can I know if you use or not.Don't waste my time,I need go to my lunch break right now!I been shock how see language abuse also insult me!Also these ridiculous conversation happen on me.Then I call the customer service,they said the supervisor gonna contact me end of last week.But they never did.Then I call the customer team this week then speak one supervisor directly by long long time.She said gonna passed these to corporate office,and give me a answer by today.But the supervisor just email me,looks like the supervisor pass the thing,but the corporate office never care.SO I won't choose these brand again,these was how they treat customers!

**INVENTORY PEST ISSUE**MAJOR ISSUE - Love the OCEANSIDE SOFA - however am having a major issue with it coming with SMALL SPIDERS (Gross). Customer Support has been extremely standoff-ish and blaming US for the issue(unacceptable). Im simply trying to either get a replacement delivered without the pest issue, or a credit or refund so i can get a new sofa. Happy to have this one picked up by CB. Again we love the sofa, however the issue we are having is INEXCUSABLE and poblematic. Hoping for support and to get solution for us. We are killing 2 to 4 of these per day ever since thos sofa was delivered!!!

I posted the following review to the Crate and Barrel website 11 days ago. They immediately posted a response saying they would reach out directly to resolve the issue. After a week of crickets, I emailed them, no reply. The C&B site does not allow me to post a follow up so people reading will think 'Crate and Barrel surly resolved this' but that is not the case.'If you don't read the item description carefully you'll think you are buying a solid iron/steel bed. The design is clean and beautiful but, unfortunately, this bed is quite fragile. They use the words updated, modernized and lighter but fragile is equally applicable. The legs that support the middle of the bed will snap off if you move the bed even a few inches without removing the mattress (see picture). Its pretty just wish it was more substantial.'

Found an 8x10 rug in the clearance section for $600 off! I asked the sales associate, Esther, if it had been used and why it was so cheap? She said they do not take back used items so it was probably returned and the store didn't have room for it so they marked it down to get rid of it. Sounded good to me. Thought we got a great deal, but once we got it home and unwrapped it we saw why is was such a low price! This rug was 100% used and disgusting. Currently in communication with customer service and I am told they will send a replacement or refund the money, but this review is simply regarding the fact we were told it was UNUSED. And if she didn't know or wasn't sure then she should have asked another associate. WHY WAS THIS ITEM EVEN BACK ON THE SHELF?! I felt like I was tricked and they were just satisfied to make some money off a destroyed item. Did they even inspect it when someone else returned it???The tag also says inspection is required before purchase, we were not offered an inspection and I simply didn't asked because we were told it was not used!
