Excellent experience here with an iPhone 14 Pro that wasn't charging correctly. Jessica was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and had my charging port cleaned up and tested in less than 20 minutes. Very happy with the service, and appreciated the honesty and knowledge shared without feeling like I was being oversold on services. Highly recommend. :)

Note this is a really old review, but it was never posted and only in my drafts because I used to not want to give businesses bad reviews. Anyways here is my review: I hate to give a bad review, but I left their store in a worse position than when I went in. I had a cracked screen on an I-Phone 6 and didn't want to upgrade my phone just because of the screen. My phone was working fine, but I thought a new screen would look better. Cosmo replaced the screen with another one that was not as good quality and that drained my battery much more quickly. I immediately regretted my decision. It ended up becoming useless six months later when the bottom of my screen just completely stopped working. I have to use Siri to do everything now. I called to see if they would help me but they said my warranty only lasts 90 days. Now I have to get a new phone when I was looking to just buy myself more time with my phone that worked fine.

Jessica was amazing. My phone screen was frozen and I couldn’t turn it off to reboot. In just an hour Jessica fixed it and even put a new screen protector on with no extra charge. It looks brand new! Thanks Jessica!

I can't say enough about Jessica and Cosmo. I've always brought my phones in for repair, batteries, etc, but this last time I brought in my son's iPhone, she went above and beyond. Even after it was clear it wasn't fixable and I'd have to put in an insurance claim to replace the phone, she so very kindly loaned us a phone so my son (who had to travel for an international athletic competition) would have something he could use while traveling. She is amazing, professional, and honest! I'll continue to bring anything that needs repair to her, and recommend you do too!

Had problem unable to turn phone on. If I plugged in the phone it would work. I went to Cosmo and the technician was helping two other customers. Said if I could wait she'd take a look at it. Right away she saw the problem. I had had the glass replaced and the person who did it had not put a piece back in to covered the on/off button ribbon. She opened the case, electoral tape over it and wow it worked.One of the other customers needed a fix about wireless charging that would take several hours and he was going on vacation the next morning. She offered to have the technician working on it come back at midnight so the guy could get his phone. He decided to stay with cable charging until his return.Do you know any other store who would do that?Differently 5 stars!!!

I brought my iPhone bc of battery drain issue. Jessica replaced the battery but it still had drain issue. So the next day she was very nice and professional to reinstall my old battery and give me a full refund. I will take it to Apple Store to see if it can fix this issue. I recommend this store.

COSMO provided excellent service for my iPhone repair. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The repair was done quickly and my phone is now working perfectly. I would highly recommend this shop for any electronic repairs.

This lady did FAR better than the Apple store. She promptly diagnosed the problem with my iPhone 6S as a bad battery, after the Apple store had told me it was a software issue. She then replaced the battery very quickly and for a very reasonable price. She was able to do this without having to replace the glass screen, whereas the Apple store had told me that, because my screen has a slight crack in it, it was impossible to change the battery without also replacing the screen (which would have cost much more $$$).
