I came here to drop off an Amazon return and as I was standing in line (I was next) one of the workers pulled me out of line and asked me to stand to the side. Without really knowing why I was being pulled to the side, I did what I was asked thinking maybe she was going to help me. Turns out she was already helping another customer. When the other worker finished with the customer ahead of me she simply turned and walked away from the register. I thought maybe she was taking a break until another customer walked in and she returned to help the new customer, leaving me still waiting even though I was next. What madness is this?? Does a line not matter here? And why pull a waiting customer out of the line??I will not be returning to this UPS store. The one on East Foothill clearly respects the line and helps customers in the order they came in.

I've been here 3 times now at 9am and they are not open (their hours are listed as opening at 9). The first time I waited and someone showed up a couple minutes after 9 but then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes while they opened up. The past two times I've tried to stop in at opening time I've seen people waiting but I don't even stop. Go to the UPS store in Hastings Ranch. They open on time and the couple who work there are very nice and helpful.

This location made me purchase packing material for an Amazon return. I've done a few UPS/Amazon returns and they never ask me to purchase packing material at other locations. They usually just print the label and take the box to ship. Poor management if the staff is not aligned with the other locations.

I had such a great experience thanks to Kattie George! I came into this UPS to overnight my boss' jacket to New York. Kattie assisted me with that. Top notch customer service and super friendly! This shipment was a bit difficult because I had to verify many steps with my boss beforehand. Nonetheless, Kattie was super patient with me and understood all of my boss' requirements. Mind you this was during holidays season, so it was busy! Wonderful location, staff & service. Thank you, Kattie!

when I asked to ship a soft envelope weighing less that 2# USPS Priority, the girl behind the counter insisted it was over $20 for regular 3-day Priority mail. Worse, this is not the first time employees at this particular location have pulled that nonsense. Lying is NOT good customer service. i will never go here again. The UPS store in La Canada Flintridge is infinitely more professional, less mendacious.

I came in with 2 boxes to return and I was told by 3 different employees that because there was only one label for the both of them that I couldn't ship it. I asked for one large box to put them both in, but they said they didn't have it. They told me to go buy a box down the street. I had to leave back to my car with 73 LBs, I am a young girl and not used to carrying that kind of weight. Today I was told by UPS that the boxes could simply be taped together and shipped. They are extremely unhelpful at this location, I don't recommend.

I've been in numerous UPS stores but this one, at least today, was not pleasant. More to the point, the lady at the front was not pleasant ... AT ALL.She's one of those that gives off the prissiness vibe right off the bat. Does she hate her job, other people, herself, or ? I don't know but definitely not a welcoming face (even though it was half covered) or tone of voice.Most people are so done with this mask pushiness, especially after so many have been vaccinated. (And what good came of it?) C'mon people, wake up. Do you really think it's all about controlling a virus ? NO - It's about controlling YOU/US. Look it up if you don't believe this - the Los Angeles County Sheriff Villanueva will not expend department funds to enforce this resurrected mandate and he has said that he believes the idea to do this was 'hatched in a dark place'.Now why would he say a thing like that ?Think ... it's not illegal, yet.

Best local Pasadena IT company available. Frank is excellent. Whether its installation of a new system, maintaining an old one, or anything in between he's got it. He's so fair, reasonably priced, and just an all around great guy. He's connected our server, fixed our computers, connected our computers, etc. He just does it all. Thank you Frank!

I try to ship back a return item to Amazon, the workers Tim and Dave refuse to take the return due to a package issue. Amazon return instructions clearly stated, NO box NO label need it, just do a drop off, Dave insist I need to buy a box and Amazon instructions is misleading. What kind is BS is this? Tim also said, "if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else"
