I actually look forward to taking my car in. It's an upbeat place, I often run into someone I know, they always ask if I need a ride, the prices are fair and I never get ripped off. If only they'd bring the coffee back, it would be perfect.

I ONLY go to Classic German Motors.
Just like I go to my doctor’s office for routine and necessary heath check up, , this shop is the doctors clinic for my car. I schedule service appointment with John, then Esteban performs the check up to diagnose the car’s condition and then I receive a personal call to explain to me what needs to be done. Routine servicing and preventive maintenance. The shop provides a courtesy service vehicle to take you home or to work and picks me up when the car is ready to go. Ben the driver has been with the company for over 20 years! They are honest,, transparent,, good people who do not perform work on the weekends. My SUV is old, Year 2011 yet I only go 2x a year for service. They maintain my car very well.
They also serviced my 2003 C240 and it remained with me for 20 years, reaching 240,000 ++ miles and still sold at a competitive price because of how well they maintained & serviced the car all these years.
Classic German Motors is the only health clinic.for my car’s check up & maintenance services.
Just like my old 2003 C240 now sold, I am confident my recently purchased (yet also old) 2011 GLK will have a long life because of Classic German Motors.
