WARNING!!! Make sure to count your money when going inside to withdraw. They steal your money and make it almost impossible to get it back. We went several times to get my mom's money that the teller didn't give her. She purposely didn't count it in front of my mom and I believe she stole it. My mom waited a year to finally get her money back. The manager named Kimberly was useless always lying to my mom saying she was still investigating the case when she wasn't. At the end she said there was nothing they could do. Luckily, my mom was persistent. She finally spoke with someone higher in the chain via phone, and all they asked was for the receipt that we had several times said we had. A year later, they finally gave it to her. Never going there again.

Do not recommend this branch. There is a teller here named Taylor and I hate when I get her because she always has the WORSE attitude with me . Like all I say is hello & she just gives me dirty looks & is not polite with me I don't know if shes judging me based on my bank account numbers but it's really uncomfortable & unprofessional the way her attitude is .

Got stood up for an appointment by Joshua. Didn’t receive a call, voicemail or email that he would not make it. Found out when I arrived for the appointment.

Why hasn't Chase Bank added a two-factor authentication option to their online banking website yet? Seems like a very important security feature that is missing for customers. Should be easy peasy for a giant bank like Chase to add this to their platform.

Went to this bank for a quick money order, as soon as I entered the older Hispanic lady did not acknowledge me or greeted me, she knew I was standing in front of her, then I walked to the younger lady/teller, this girl was just not professional rude, they should educate their staff to greet people and be polite.

I typically go to a different location near my home recently I had to make a quick deposit and visited the Pasadena location . My overall impression of this location was frustrating. I found the tellers lazy and rude. Poor customer service overall.

Not a good bank branch. Getting help here is almost impossible. And when you do get helped the person doesn't know how to do what you ask them to do. It took 20 min just to change my pin and there was not another soul in the bank. The lady kept telling me it a long process, then I told her it only take 3 minutes at other branches. She huffed and puffed at me and then proceeded to take a LONG time. Probably should have kept my mouth shut, but come on. It's a simple request!

I had an encountered a level of unprofessionalism and rudeness over the phone from one of Chase's departments that drove me into this branch to complain. I met with a manager David, he was attentive, apologetic and diffused the situation. I so appreciated him actually hearing and understanding the problem I encountered. I was so ready to close all accounts with Chase prior to speaking with him, but because of his empathy and professionalism , I will stay at Chase. David is an example of how they ALL should be trained to deal with customers. I appreciated all he did to help me.

Their zelle app works on and off, s show most times, I don't get my money, they can't find my bank, and pretty much stuck. Horse s app that unfortunately people use and I have to use to accept money from.
