This is a small office, and even though there was a line on today's busy day, they were pretty quick and very friendly. I live nearby, so it's great to have this location here.

This Charles Schwab location is mediocre and definitely has a lot of room for improvement. As others have mentioned, the staff generally comes across as distressed and preoccupied, making for an awkward feeling when you first enter. The financial advisors are often non-responsive, and I had to call and email multiple times before I was able to get my advisor on the line. When it comes to financial institutions, trust is a big deal. When you cannot get in touch with your advisor, or when staff generally seems unhappy and stressed, it erodes that trust.

Super friendly staff great service very conscientious people. I had to subtract a star because the parking is not easy to find. Heading north on El Molino take the driveway on the right that says Pasadena Playhouse parking. We missed it and ended up parking around the block on the street. I don't mind walking but my mom has a walker. Also the front entrance on Colorado was not easy for us to find; no big sign that says Charles Schwab. There's a two-door entrance with someone sitting behind a desk in the middle of a foyer. Out of that foyer there's another entrance into Schwab.

Horrible service. it's bad enough that the offices are closed, but the phone support is not adequately staffed. Hold time is over an hour and to make it worse, if the person doesn't understand the question, she'll transfer the call back to the back of the queue, so the wait time is now doubled.

The Schwab trading platform doesn't work.You can buy or sell.You don't know if stock order went through.Absolutely terrifying.They don't answer the phone.You can buy or sell stocks unless you are very rich.This is the new reality

Do not waste your retirement or other investment money with them. I was with them for over 8 years, 7 months ago I decided to move my IRA to other investment company and made 29% within 6 months, unlike with Charles Schwab portfolio was struggling and Financial Advisor was blaming everything happening in US and in the world. In last 7 months, there were more problems in the US and in the world due to pandemic, but good investment company and good financial advisor knows how to adjust the portfolio, adapt to the situation and do not rely on some robot based algorithm drives the portfolio.

Charles Shawab does not deserve your patrinage. It's a bad company. It can't even build a functional website. So you can't buy or sell stocks online. The Schwab tech Dept is completely incompetent. The local Schwab offices have been closed for months. So you can't go in to get help

So a few months ago I visited this branch for the first time and decided to invest a significant amount of money through them. Everything was fine, even had a second meeting that went well. Then I contacted my financial advisor and he wouldn't answer. I've tried calling multiple times, leaving multiple messages, calling the main branch, sending multiple emails, and my advisor has refused to answer anything. I was trying to invest even more money but eventually got very sick and tired of constantly being ignored so I pulled all of my money out. This company is filled with empty promises, and advisors who will treat you like gods till they have your money, then you become useless to them. I'd recommend taking a little time and doing your own research when investing your hard earned money rather than asking one of these people to help you. I even had an appointment today but did not go and not one person called or messaged me to try and figure out why I was a no show. I'd invest online through Schwab, but when it comes to actually visiting a branch and asking for investment opportunities, especially at this Pasadena branch, do yourself and your money a favor and stay away!

This place had a really nice vibe! They got some free complimentary Starbucks along with some sodas by the side. The lady by front desk was very nice and had also helped restore my account that was once locked and even offered me some free trades! Although I later said that I don't normally trade, but I was given a $50 courtesy deposit instead, which was still very nice.

It took more than a week to get an appointment, which I needed because my Schwab broker at another office retired. When I finally met with the advisor, the result was disappointing. I was simply trying to establish the same relationship and program that I had with my prior Schwab broker. In the end, this office failed to provide what I needed, and I found the representative a little argumentative. Schwab is great online, but forget this office.
