You know first and foremost I would like to thank the owner for the love and care in the brilliant mind that I just so happened to study recently because I wanted to know who created this foundation and wasn't even an MD. However, that may be representing Kathryn Barger is an issue, she's a people of the public and refuses to protect her own. If I've never seen anything that was the most disrespectful fraudulent public figure I've ever witnessed. I'm really sad that I found out that the person that I was going to give a great review yesterday too founded somebody who hurts Latinas and Latinos everywhere and people of color, I would hope that the Director pays attention to this review because if he ever gave me a phone call I could elaborate why but making a foundation based off her name... Besides, this would like to thank you for the organization that you've created in the community that found nurses or LVN if I'm not mistaken to turn into RN, and you really support the community and I heard that you were creating a university, structure, the time I mean the love and the care from every single employee that you have is lovely. Thank you!

Very polite, professional and extremely helpful receptionist( can't remember her name) she was so helpful!Also Insurance enroller Ivonne, knowledgeable,polite and extremely helpful. A very good experience. Thank you .

ChapCare, take great care of you. My doctor is Dr. Deboom. She is very attentive and makes sure that all of my health concerns were met. For example, I make sure that I have the proper authorization for the perfect specialist to find a resolution of my back pain. She doesn't treat you like a number but a person. And I love that. She also listens well and is very kind. The office staff and nurses were great was great.

Chap care has been my health care facility for ten years. Easy to schedule appts and staff along with all md's give the patient excellent care. They also have their own pharmacy a must.

Don't waste your time coming here getting an appointment is RIDICULOUS.. i got lab tests done and have to wait an entire MONTH to get them read idk why they keep taking patients if they're never available when you need them complete waste of time go elsewhere..

Came here to get a covid test as a member of our group came down with the illness. If you call in to make a rsvp, it is only for the rapid antigen. If you want to get a PCR test it is simply a walkin. I got here at 3:30pm and was in and out in about 10 minutes. There was nobody in line at all, there was plenty of staff to help test people. I got the results back in less than 24 hours. Theres plenty of parking in the lot of on the side streets. So if you need to get covid tested this place is quick and they'll take your insurance. Or if you don't have insurance they will still test you. But nothing out of pocket.

Hard to believe any of these reviews are real after my experience being discriminated against by Dr Rachel DeBloom here at Chapcare. I'm disabled and I was treated like a freak here by this woman. I haven't been so insulted or felt so unwelcome purely because of my disability and autism anywhere else in the medical field. I'm shocked she is allowed to work with human beings who need help when she so clearly lacks humanity and doesn't want to treat patients with dignity.
