Received top notch service, communication, and care from Carstar Pasadena. Kenny Munoz is the man! He kept me updated on my wife's Mazda CX5 that was involved in an accident where someone reversed into her car with a Tommy gate. Caused some serious damage but Carstar worked their magic and repaired the vehicle quickly and correctly.

Honest issue - On November 16, 2023, I was quoted $244.61 to remove and replace my left side mirror cover. An agreement/authorization was signed same date. Vendor aware I would be responsible because there is a $500 deductible. When the job was completed. I was told the total costs was $791.99, $547.38 over the original agreed upon price. If I were told in advance, I would have reported the claim with my insurance carrier in advance. I objected but have to paid anyway since they have my car. Afterward, I reported the damage to my insurance carrier for a claim and was approved for $293.69, similar to Carstar Douglas' Nov 16 original estimate.

My experience was great with CARSTAR Douglas. Specifically, Steve was super helpful in assisting me in understanding the insurance process- something I was not at all familiar with and felt uneasy about. My car was ready by the time they said it would be! My car was returned in amazing condition Thanks!

What I thought was going to be a hard experience was one of the easiest experiences I went through when I had my car repaired at CarStar - Douglas autobody. All the stuff was absolutely amazing and the repair Specialists made our car look brand new.I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone that has to go through any kind of auto collision repair. Definitely an A+ for everything.

Family owned and honest knowledgeable shop. Staff is beyond professional and knowledgeable as well. Kenny was my my specialist who managed the process. He was an absolute professional and communicated well and made the repair of my Model 3 painless. The shop does immaculate work and returned my car to good as new condition. As a certified Tesla repair center I appreciate the warranties. They’re also a Progressive Insurance preferred repair center so it made my transaction easy. The staff at the front desk and owner were pleasant warm and attentive.
