The seller was fast at responses and worked with me even a year after to help me find products I wanted! It's been a year since I've order 470 lbs of rubber weights and they are doing great! I haven't cleaned them since, but plant to this weekend. Good product, good support, decent shipping, unbeatable price.

I had a great buying experience with Jason. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about every piece of equipment. Both Jason and Glen were not the least bit pushy and never once tried to upsell like they do at many stores. They were both very straightforward about the shortage of equipment during the pandemic so I knew I'd be waiting a bit for my elliptical but DAMN was it worth it! I have been on this thing every day for 45 minutes trying to get rid of the Covid 19 I've gained. This store has everything you need to build your home gym and Jason is a pleasure to work with. I honestly can't see how anyone would call either of these guys anything other than professional. Stop by and see for yourself and if you've been thinking about buying equipment, don't put it off bc it's going to be awhile before life is normal again.

Shortly after Covid closed all our gyms we had no choice but to invest in a home gym and I'll tell you it's one of the best investments we've made.Fitness equipment & apparatuses were sold out EVERYWHERE on-line and in stores with no info on restocking dates. Fortunately, I called California Home Fitness at just the right time when they were notified of a restock date the day prior and I literally got one of the last 2 FT1 Functional Trainers available. These things were going like Hot Cakes!! I had called a few times with questions, (really, a fear of committing to this big purchase lol ), and despite how busy they were, the staff always took the time to explain the details, differences and pricing between the gyms and equipment I was considering. Jason was my salesman, and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase, took my credit card info and stayed on the phone to confirm I received my invoice via email ...and made sure any last concerns were addressed.About 2 weeks later my Order was delivered. Although Jason did explain set up was fairly easy, trust me, pay the $225 delivery & set up fee. You're already paying $125 for the delivery so just add the $100 more to avoid a fight with a frustrated Hubby! LOL.The set up guys took proper Covid Precautions and were in and out in an hour or so. This review can also apply to the Sherman Oaks location as well because I had the same experience speaking to different people and received the same consistency of Service. This is a quality company!Since they sell all types of top notch equipment, free weights etc.,etc., at reasonable prices, I'll be calling back soon to order more. Thanks guys!

This was the second California Home Fitness store I had the chance to interact with. I had purchased equipment in Newport and some family members were so impressed with it, that we went down to the Pasadena Location near them. The top shelf products sold here are worth every cent! We dealt with a sales person named Glen, he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and polite. He was 5 stars from start to end. Thank you Glen!!! Thank you California Home Fitness for having great staff, its always worrisome when you recommend a place to family, but you and your team came thru!
