Do not accept returns. The attendant is friendly, we bought several things in the store but a high chair to feed the baby didn't work for us, we didn't even test it, we just got home and saw that it was too big. They did not accept returns. I wouldn't buy from the store again.

Was looking for a Wonderfold wagon (W4 Luxe). They had a better price than any online store. Very nice store in the outdoor mall. Great customer service. A+

Excellent communication and customer service! Purchased a Doona liki trike s5 and my son loved it right out the box. Was a pleasure obtaining it from this store, highly recommend.

Came by after a movie to check out a diaper bag. Should've been a 5 quick min trip as I knew what I wanted and just wanted to see the size in person. However, they locked the doors way before closing time so I wasn't able to do so. We've been interested in Nuna car seats and vista stroller so it would've been nice to find a one stop shop, but with customer service this bad this clearly isn't it. There were people shopping inside the store and workers who could clearly see us. I see that the other reviews about poor customer service were true. It's already a hassle parking at the paseo, so the location is not ideal. Obviously, we won't be back.

I was so excited to come to this because it's really the cutest store for todays modern baby. I bought my wonderfold wagon here along with the extra items. First hand the owner (older lady) was nice and let my child play with the push car while shopping I did come in with my two toddlers and a belly of 7 1/2 months. The 3 stars where really because of their lack of support to their customers they were only nice in the beginning because I was making a big purchase. They gave me a dolly or a roller thing to bring it in down from their store to the parking garage . The girl in the front desk was on her phone typing away and the lady went into the back never seen her after I paid. I had no help from them. Where is the common courtesy? Like why wouldn't they help ? . They didn't even open the door for me or nothing ! Honestly that's what bother me the most. So make sure you bring your husbands this people won't help you bring nothing down nor hold the door open for you. As a store owner please do better it doesn't hurt to help. We're making big purchases nothing in your store is cheap. As SAHM this was my worst experience buying anything with my kids.

They have all the high end strollers to try! Store worker was super friendly, patient and helpful! They even validate!
