I don’t recommend this place if you want front bangs. I wanted curtain bangs with a little bit of front bangs, but they left me with full on bangs that were cut so badly. They are too short, one side is shorter than the other, and it doesn’t blend well into my hair. They look so bad now I have to find creative ways of styling my hair to hide them. Other than the awful bangs, the rest of my haircut was nice, and they do have great customer service.

Lovely experience under Lupita's friendly and very capable hands. Love my cut and color. (Easy parking behind building in supermarket lot. Did walk by the entrance door not realized it was between Starbucks and Winchell's and up the stairs.) Would totally recommend!

I scheduled an appointment here after getting a horrible hair job done at another studio. I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP and Brenton Lee Salon got me in quick. I saw Lupita. She was so kind and so helpful. She really took her time to understand what needed to be done to correct what the other salon did. I was absolutely in love with the correction she did and feel 100x more confident. Not to mention the prices here are unbeatable! This is my new salon from now on!

Lupita did an excellent job. Great with color/cut and styling my long hair. My root retouch color blends perfectly with my baby lights. They share parking with the supermarket and the door is a little hidden, right next to the coffee shop. Better to tip cash!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Lupita. Had her cut off all my waist length hair and wanted a shoulder length blonde balayage. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and had a lot of patience since the whole process took 7 hours. Will definitely come back for future services.

Lupita gave me a perfect haircut!! My first time here and I decided to do a big chop with some face framing layers. It came out perfect. Lupita was super communicative, making sure that I was happy with the progress throughout the cut. I love my haircut and I can’t wait to come back again?

Brenton is an expert! He's been done my hair for years now and I'm always beyond happy with his work. I'm always getting compliments on my color, literally stopped on the street by women asking where I get my hair done. I could not give him a higher recommendation. He is also a great teacher and mentor, his stylists learn his meticulous technique and I'd trust any of them with my hair.

I love going here. They made wonderful recommendations for my hair type. I love the trim and the products, and the Brenton Lee iron they used. Everyone who seen my hair said it looked really good and they loved the curls. I will for sure tell everyone they should at least check out Brenton Lee Hair Salon in Pasadena. The customer service is also amazing, and they are all very talented. I love the salon inside look. it's very comfortable and clean and updated with a very nice modern look to it. I look forward to the next time.

I have been going to see Melody since 2021, and since the first visit the amount of compliments I receive on my hair is insane! She makes me feel so beautiful, and the salon is clean and bright and airy. I look forward to getting my hair done there, a wonderful treat for myself :) thank you so much Melody! Actually 5 stars plus+! I’ve had the privilege of being a client of both Brenton and his highly skilled wife Julie. My most recent experience was with Brenton. A few months ago he gave me a blunt cut that I requested. I loved it! This week I told him I needed a little lift for the Summer and he gave me a gorgeous graduated bob haircut with side bangs. I have had nothing but good experiences at this salon. Like I said five stars plus+!!
