I owned a 2008 XK (totaled) and currently 2010 XKR.All the issues I have ever had, from rag top repair to regular maintenance have always been handled promptly at a fair price. As a Jag owner we know that this is a complex ride and that service is not cheap. Bob is the best.

It saddens me to write this update; however, I must be honest. Bob did a great job last year (8/27/18) when no one could figure out my "brake" issue. As a specialist, he and his team were able to identify the problem within minutes. THIS WAS GREAT compared to the other mechanics, I must admit. I thought to myself, "Finally, an honest mechanic." The problem is that I've met a new friend who is a mechanic and he viewed the most recent repairs and cost and he informed me that he isn't as honest as I thought. As a woman, it's so hard to find honest mechanics. I was told that my last service job was overcharged in labor and parts. For example, my friend said that I was charged $400 for a $140 part and $600 for labor that he said wasn't not so extensive. Not cool. This was so hurtful because they seemed to care. He mentioned my career, his son, commonalities, so I thought he was genuine. He knows I'm a teacher that's out for the summer and to do this really hurt my feelings. These days it's so hard to trust people. CURRENTLY: My car, Jaggy, is getting up in age, so when I started experiencing more issues, I wasn't too shocked. The diagnostic machine mentioned a spark plug code. But then, he quoted me such an astronomical rate, at first I thought...there's no way! I just got it repaired a month ago. Current Issue: coil burn out, a cylinder misfire, and valve leaking. I was quoted either $1500 or $1050, mainly labor he explained because it's labor intensive. Yet, my friend said that the rate once again was too high. So sad, because I really genuinely liked Bob, the team (Raymarr and Niel), his wife and even the little fussy cute dogs that are always "selling wolf tickets."

Outstanding experience. Steve Pappas was a professional sales representative. He honored the price that he quoted via the internet and made the buying process pain free. Steve did such a fine job, that I decided to purchase another Fit for my wife after I completed the purchase for my Fit.

Pros: Honest, straightforward, friendly service; will take the time to get your car right as they only service Jags Cons: entrance is hard to find! Bottom line: As long as they're around to keep the Jags on the road, I wouldn't hesitate to replace my current one with another

(The food that these cats can blow your mind) now food for thousands and millions more people will be able in the United states to make sure that we don't get the chance to donate money and the government is going through this process and the president will find cuts to see what the government needs.

Bob and his staff spent 1/2 hour looking into and resolving a couple of small issues, clued me in to larger pending issues; no charge till I return for the larger work; VERY knowledgeable about Jags, won my trust, and will be getting my business.
