Parking garage across the street. $1 for first hour. Crowded intersection though.Has a good selection of things. Certain shopliftable material are locked away like paint pens and such. Like Michael’s, could be staffed better.Manager was extremely helpful. Online prices were much better than in-store prices and employee initially wasnt helpful arguing somehow that in the end it is the same…? Eventually manager sorted it out.

If you need art supplies this is one of the spots to check out. Surrounded by other walk ways of retail. We just stopped in to check out the store.. tons of art supplies and other cute items to check out.

Good place to shop, great employees, trash garbage place to work if you want your well-being taken seriously at all. The management singlehandedly turns what could be a decent job into a thankless triathlon. The only decent part of this store is the employees, who aren't paid well enough and are constantly underscheduled so the store is constantly understaffed. For a company that drives all other art stores out of business, you'd think they'd be able to at least "afford" to treat their employees with at the very least the bare minimum needed to live in the area, but every single person in that store who wasn't a manager has a second or third or fourth job (or otherwise is living with their parents). Wish this giant monopoly didn't drive every other small business art store to financial ruin during the pandemic because now I have no choice but to shop at this store, or buy everything directly from the manufacturer online. The employees have a ton of knowledge on not only the products themselves but also application and tips and tricks you didn't even ask for, but the management is clueless on the basics of human decency. The only reason to come in here is to ask for the employees expertise/opinions, but I honestly feel guilty for doing so when I know they're being paid not enough to live on much less enough to justify giving a Ted Talk to every other customer. You're knowingly profiting off their art school student debt without paying them enough to live on much less make a dent in the debt that you're making money off of.

Visited blick today and the employee named Jimmy was so kind and amazing. They really went out of their way to help me out, giving me detailed suggestions about specific pens and sketchbooks. Came out of the store with exactly what I needed, Thank you Jimmy!

This was a cool art shop that we stumbled across while wandering around the city on December 31st. We along with many other new customers were in the area for the Rose Parade the following morning. They are in a great spot in downtown Pasadena among other cute shops, cafes and restaurants. We browsed around the two-story shop, but didn't pick up anything. They seemed to have a great selection of your usual art supplies. Definitely worth checking out if you are into that kind of stuff. We will definitely be back whenever we're in the area!

[POV: Vandal/ Urban Exterior Decorator] Second Best Blick when it comes to variety of Products available in LA County. They have a decent selection of bougie spray paint available but only carry The (fake aka German) Montana; Black and Gold, and Liquitex . Most other Blicks carry the real Montana but i don't believe this one does(i might be trippin tho so dont quote me on that?)But their real strength is in the products available for the real mfkrs who prefer to create and experiment making their own tools of the trade(ink and GK heads welcome to the graff garden of eden also check out the santa monica store i.e. ?'ers unite ? ? ufeeeme! if that went over yall heads maybe this will be easier to understand >>> for my graff diy purists on a budget, BLICKS(specifically this one as well as the west LA and the Lincoln Blvd Santa Monica stores are the best and have the most nonjudgemental, easy going, and carefree staff who dont equate writers with the word "criminal" and are willing towork with you if you want to get quality supplies at a baller on a budget price! if you still not picking up the importance of what i'm saying, *if you are like me and all my homies, you like discounts on art supplies, and like to ? you got the ??????ing is encouraged ?telll em $L]ii[GUALA-GUALA sent you! ? you wont leave empty handed i PROMISE OR YOUR NEXT BURNER's ON ME!! ? but if you truck it bail is not included ?

I've been there as a Standard brand Art store, and it's been there even before that. Shop there while attending ACCD back 87' the memories . It got most everything for its size.
