I went to check in on my crypto investment I had custodied with this company and find out the website is down and the phones are all turned off. I was foolish to believe that this sort of thing couldn't happen to me. The fact that they didn't send out any type of notification that were shutting their business down tells me all that I need to know. Shame on Bittrust IRA for running a scam operation to fleece investors, and then run and hide.

Very intuitive platform and easy to use. Linking with ETC made the transition extremely smooth and simple. Only complaint I have is after I was approved and started trading I had questions about some of the fees that weren’t answered. Other than that, very positive experience.

I like the fact they have no minimum investment, The ochers I talked to wanted 10K to start. I think the fees they charge are reasonable. I think the vault for holding crypto is secure too.

They need to do something about their fees or it will just make more sense to invest in Microstratagy or a crypto ETF but customer service is good.

Good group to work with to connect you to the digital currency custodian. When I called and spoke with the front desk they would connect me with who I needed to speak with so that I could get my questions answered. I like the off-line crypto storage which is automatic.Be aware tho that there are fees to pay and it will take time to get your account setup and going.

BitTrust IRA is a digital currency platform that is connected to Equity Trust. It is a very easy to use platform that allows you to purchase some crypto assets. The fees are fairly normal for a Self Directed IRA. The platform is very secure. I wouldn’t use it to trade regularly, but it’s good if you want to diversity your pretax retirement portfolio. I have some Bitcoin and Ethereum that I plan to hold long term so I don’t have to keep paying transfer fees. The customer service is very helpful. Make sure you understand what you are getting into before you use the platform. It’s not intended for day or swing trading.

Andy has/is great to talk with. He is straight forward, no hidden punches and I know what I am getting myself involved in. Great insight of the market with no recommendations, yet his knowledge of where things are at in Crypto world is very helpful! Rates are so much better than Bitcoin IRA Company. Glad to be a part of this organization!
