I have a 2019 BMW X3 and have taken my car to BimmerPhD for the last year. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They redefine being thorough with their inspection and the service is beyond compare starting with Kevin who is the main advisor. He is helpful resolving the issues with my car but goes the extra mile in identifying areas of potential concern down the road. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Always on time and within the agreed upon budget.

My 750i had an electrical issue that the people at Pacific BMW in Glendale couldn’t solve. Tim figured it out. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the BMW. His staff, especially Kevin and Jesse are also highly professional and very efficient. It’s always a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Bimmer PhD to all BMW owners and enthusiasts.

They were very thorough in explaining the issues that were present with my cooling system. They work by appointment but were able to take my car in because of me not being able to use it plus provide me with a loaner vehicle which was appreciated. Sometimes

Kevin, Jessie, and Tim were great. Very helpful and affortable. I went shopping around at other places and offical BMW dealers they quoted me a fortune. Kevin was able to work with my budget and was very informative about my vechile. They didnt keep my car for long, provided me with a rental, conducted a better inspection than BMW service center. I normally don’t write post, but i had to with the quality of services they provided. I highly recommend if you plan on building a relationship with a honest service center.

This shop and the people running it are just wonderful. They accurately diagnosed and repaired my 2009 BMW affordable and correctly. They will go out of their way for you to have a good experience and their customer service is excellent. You can trust what they suggest for your car. Bimmer BMW always affords me a great experience . Kevin, Bimmer’s service specialist, does a great job of scheduling my vehicle due its service treatments and repairs. He provides me with a detailed explanation of the work to be done and a projected cost projection. Kevin also ensures satisfaction with the work they do be staying in contact during the process and notifying me of progress or any deviations from the original plan. Because of this effort I highly recommend Bimmer PhD for your BMW car service and repair needs.

I was having a lot of trouble setting the drive cycle on my car after I replaced the battery. I took it in to Bimmer PHD and they were able to set it within two drives. They also sent a cool video with the guy that worked on my car explaining everything that he reviewed and did. Very nice customer touch!

This has to be the best BMW mechanic ever! They were super helpful. The pricing was excellent and the service was fantastic! They even washed my car and gave me a bunch of swag when I picked it up. I can't recommend them enough.
