Be aware….. when Raffi says “ we’re going to take great care of you and your vehicle “ what he means is we’ll bill your insurance company the most we can possibly get, keep your vehicle hostage for over two months, loose parts, return your vehicle incomplete and with additional damage and a horrible paint job. That was my experience. I wish you better success. Best bet is to steer clear of this shop entirely.

This place seriously saved my car and it was as if nothing had happened to it...Bryan is very attentive and easy to deal with, he has the solution to your problem always, in reality it is a good place to take your car they are kind and make you feel confident like at home! Thank you guys!

Absolutely incredible service from B&K auto; specifically Raffi (the owner), Brian, and Fernando. I came in with a last minute engine cover emergency and they got on the ball right away. You could tell they had a significant amount of business--and still, they cared about the issue, listened to what I needed, helped me right away, and replaced the cover. This quality of care and attention to detail is what makes a business great. Fernando fixed the engine cover in a matter of minutes and I was on my way--he was spectacular. Thank you, B&K auto!!

Ask for Brian and he will take care of you.Friendly neighborhood body shop that's my go to.Helped with weather strip on my Civic and door trim on my Highlander.Call in advance and then I'm in and out fast.View of the Foothills is beautiful while you wait.

This place is literally the best! They do great work, are trustworthy (which is HUGE!), costs are really reasonable, and they are so, so nice! They have helped me out immensely and are so fast. I've come here twice now and both times, they totally took care of me. I won't go anywhere else!

These guys are criminals. I received a small dent and a paint smudge from a vehicle that reared up on me at 2 MPH or less. I brought my car here to receive a quote and have it repaired. The individual who came up to me tried to sell me a bunch of garbage and gave me an estimate of $1000. I told him let me think about it and took my car elsewhere. I had the dent and scuff repaired by Service King Collision within an hour and was charged $150. Stay away from these thieves at all costs.

Communication is Horrible, work doesn't look professionally done,car had overspray everywhere. My interior had paint all over it as well. Your car is supposed to look as is it hasn't been in an accident. "Stay away" from this place!Services: Painting

Fantastic A ++ service! My husband called a dozen places before finally trying this one. All other places he called usually gave him an attitude, didn't take him seriously, or even spouted nonsense like "we need to do a diagnostic". His car door was broken, not sure why anyone would need to run a diagnostic on something like that.... The car door initially broke where it couldn't be opened from the outside, then a couple weeks later it could no longer be opened from the inside. Our usual mechanic was having a difficult time finding the part since his car is a '95 and replacements are hard to come by since they have discontinued making the part. He called them on a Saturday about an hour before they closed, and spoke to Raffi. Raffi was a really great guy and told him to bring the car down on Monday and they'd take care of him. We dropped off the car on Monday. Brian and Raffi showed us kindness and said they'd take a look at it and fix it up. They also told us the part would need to be specially ordered since the part was discontinued. Hamilton came by and worked on the car later in the day and ended up being able to fix the door! They didn't end up needing to place special order after all because Hamilton ended up taking a similar piece from another car part and adjusting it so that it fit so that it was the same as the broken part. They all did such an amazing job that my hubby ended up tearing up and crying a bit since no one else wanted to take on the challenge of his car, and the car has a lot of sentimental value to him so it would've broken his heart if the car was permanently broken shut. They helped us save so much money. They were definitely trying to work within our budget, and I could tell how much they really cared about helping him and getting his car back to normal. This was our first time here, but we will definitely be back with any other issues that we may have in the future! I would recommend ONLY this body shop in Pasadena, everywhere else is way too expensive with bad customer service.

I would recommend this place to anyone, as they provide excellent care, and reasonable pricing. I went in, & they completed the fix under 15 min. Was referred to Raffi by my mechanic Hrant Auto in Pasadena. He told me to mention that he sent me and that Raffi would take great care of me. That was an understatement! From the moment I arrived he and his team immediately addressed me, assessed my daughters car and fixed it within an hour. I had no appointment. Her bumper had completely fallen off from a previous accident and I knew that I had to be replaced. Raffi and his team were able to reattach the bumper for a much much less than I had expected. Not only are they amazing at what they do but they're kind, fair, and efficient! I recently needed to get my windshield replaced and immediately went to Raffi. Brian was there to assist me and referred me to another guy because they don't do glass repair and this guy was just as awesome. I will be back to Raffi tomorrow because I was in an accident over the weekend. Feels good to know that even during not so fun times I can count on him and his team to take care of me which makes the process much less stressful. I highly recommend recommend this body shop and tell anyone that I know that's in need that he's your guy.

Brian the shop manager and Raffi his uncle always give the best customer service with the most reasonable prices. I've come to B&K Auto for work on a few cars.
