Asked at Calliber Collision if they do headliners, or who do they refer to. They sent me to Arthurs Auto Upholstery on Washington Blvd. I have to say the 1st impression is worry-some, the shop is very messy, however, this turns out to be the workspace of a Master.Arthur restored my worn out, torn and hanging headliner back to factory perfection. I am totally amazed at what he accomplished and couldn't be happier. Arthur is super nice, accommodating, and for a very reasonable fee saved me from the embarrassment of having passengers in my car. Thank you for the great job.

I had a tear in my driver's seat, and he did an INCREDIBLE job, it's good as new! Arthur was such a great guy and gave me a really good rate, I definitely recommend going to him.

My front driver's seat in my Mercedes had a huge rip in the middle of the seat bottom. Arthur put in a brand new seat bottom and had the seat looking like new. And had it back to me on the same day I brought it in. That type of turnaround is unheard of in the car world. Highly recommend

They broke my driver side mirror and never replaced it. Called many times and was told they would do it. To this day still hasn't been fixed. Upholstery work was good but the unprofessional response to damaging my vehicle from Arthur leaves a bad taste.

Arthur reupholstered the front seats and center console of my 2005 BMW. The new upholstery looks & smells like new factory leather. The stitching is tight and accurate. I was very impressed. At no extra charge he also reconditioned the convertible top which made it look new. Great work, fast turnaround, fair price.

We have a 2008 Volvo C70 that Arthur took in to replace the black leather upholstery (over time and new dog takes its toll). Arthur and the shop are expert and helpful. The price is fair. The inside of the car (a hard top convertible) looks like new - and is befitting of a car designed/styled, no less, by Pininfarina.

Arthur's repaired two interior upholstered panels on the front and rear doors of my car while I waited. I was delighted by the quick service and very reasonable price for the job.

I called to see if he installs convertible boot covers. I explained to him that I have a pre-made boot kit made of Stayfast material. He said that was the best material. I only needed a quote for labor since I have the pre-made boot kit ($400 value). The only labor would be installing 12 snaps. I told him the year, make and model of my car. He said he knows my kind of car and to send him photos so he could give me a quote for the labor cost. He gave me his cell number to send the photos. We hung up and I sent him 3 photos of my car within a couple of minutes. Well that was 2 days ago and haven't received a call or text for the quote. I will not call back someone that is unreliable and unresponsive. It is an indication of the quality of their work.

Not cheap, but high quality work. I would recommend. Upholstery repair to my Pathfinder looks like it never happened.

Awesome job on the convertible top for my BMW Z3. Really great job with nice people... Thanks Art, for replacing my straps too!!! I offered to pay for them, but he refused!!!! I can recommend them without reservation!!!! I'll be back for sure!!!
