Ive been coming to Jim and Mike for a few years now since I first moved to LA! I came with some recurrent coolant issues, and they were transparent about the costs and the process. I’ve looked for second opinions too and ultimately settled with this shop. I value their honesty and commitment to helping their customers.
Up to today, I’ve had my brakes changed here, my suspension, and I always get my oil changed here now. If I need my tire plugged or fixed, they always help with that as well. I’m really happy with their services. I’ll always keep returning!

Big Jim is a very fair and honest mechanic. He fixed the issue with my car in no time, answering all of my questions along the way. On top of that, he's a nice guy! I've been to many mechanics over the years but I will definitely be a returning customer here.

I've become a regular at this car wash. I love the fact that you can get gas on your way in. It really is hopping on Friday afternoon, everybody wants a clean car for the weekend! The waiting area inside is air-conditioned, but definitely needs a refresh. I don't feel like other car washes spend as much time getting the details right at the end so although it can feel a little bit slow, you end up with a car that just sparkles. Totally worth it.

Jim is awesome! I pushed off getting an oil change until my oil life wast at 0%. I called Arroyo Auto Center and was able to get an appointment the same day. This was awesome because it fit into my busy schedule. Jim changed my oil in less than an hour and had an amazing attitude. Highly recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be back!!

Support this local business!!! I have to add my voice to the chorus of 5 stars for Jim and Crew. He services my personal and work car. While there, I've seen brand new Audis, old Cadillacs, and everything in between roll in. He knows them all. I LUV my personal truck! It's 12 years old and has 69,000 miles on it. For its 11th birthday, it got all new tires and a "spa day" with Jim. A complete exam & all new everything-needed. Off the top of my head....battery, belts, brakes, & a few other things. Not only fantastic service, but tooootally fair price as well. I sent a couple of "challenging" fleet cars over to Jim, and they are a challenge no more. Family man. Small, local business. Quality work at a fair price. Oh, and he accepts Zelle. I always encourage folks to pay in cash or other similar methods at small businesses to save them from the credit card processing cut & fees. Found this place off of yelp, and it did not disappoint. I've been having a problem with my truck and took it to another mechanic a few months ago when the check engine light came on, and they told me nothing was wrong. The other day, my check engine light came back and on and was running even worse. Jim saw me the same morning I called, diagnosed the problem, found the parts I needed and worked on my truck right away. Very reasonable and practical, professional, and I could not beat their pricing and ability to work with you.

PROFESSIONAL & EXCELLENT SERVICE.Jim the boss and mike the main mechanic are courteous, quick and will get the job done whatever it may be on your vehicle. I had my car towed their last minute when it broke down. I got their 2 hours before closing time and they were obviously busy and had a full of garage vehicles to work on. They both got straight to work diagnosing the problem with car as soon as I got there. Within minutes figured out the problem got the part needed delivered to their location and fixed my vehicle! All within an hour / hour and a half tops I was back on the road in my vehicle. PRICING was extremely fair and cheaper than any other mechanic I've been too. PLEASE remember to TIP your mechanic too! Their hard work deserves to be paid off

Jim and his team at Arroyo will be my new mechanics. They're great, honest, quick, and offer exceptional services. Getting my car fixed was a super straight forward process, and I really appreciate them for making my life easier. I desperately needed an oil change, and I called these guys first thing Saturday morning. My usual mechanic wasn't able to take me, but Jim was able to take care of me. I got my air filter changed and smog check in addition to the oil change. Great and reasonable prices. It was a super hot day and Jim kindly offered me some cold water.Please support Jim and his team, and thank you guys for the great service! I'll be back soon :)

They are some of the best in the business. I see a COUPLE people have had bad experiences, but from my perspective, going there the last year or so whenever I have car issues. They are nothing but kind and honest. They have never over-charged me. They squeeze me in when times are busy. Work very very hard to find the problems and the solutions. These guys feel like family now. I trust them with my cars and would send any friends to them with high regard! They are a busy, small family-owned business. They work incredibly hard. Please return their kindness!

Jim is a great business owner. He really cares about his customers and will do what it takes to see his customers satisfied. He did some extra work on my car knowing it could be a warranty issue and that I'd take it back to the dealer for those repairs, but he helped me ID the problem without charging me.Service: Oil change
