Owner is super rude, I work at the building next door and he repeatedly tried to get me in trouble with my boss for the high crime of parking in front of his store. I guess he's unaware that members of the public can park on public roads. Just an FYI man, those parking spaces aren't just like, your personal fiefdom, I know that hurts you a lot to hear as a small biz owner creep, but I wish you """luck""" with your failing business. I'll keep encouraging everyone who works at our business to park there, hopefully it'll look like less of a barren ghost town

This store is one of the best in quality carpets however John, the owner was very rude to me. I contacted him recently to find out if the carpet he sold me was wool. He told me he was busy that day and to call him back the following day. I called back as he said and he told me he had to look at receipts to call him back on Monday. I called today Monday and he said he yet had to look at receipts and to call him back in 15 mins. I did but he did not answer the phone. He never offered to call me back. Are you kidding me????? I spent $ at your store and regardless of that pls have some respect for customers.

John was very helpful in trying to find the right materials for my floor. Unfortunately he didn't. But if you need any kind of floor or carpets he has the knowledge and the patients to explain Thank you John

We requested a proposal from Apramian to carpet the hallways in our condo building. John, the owner, refused to prepare a proposal with specifications but submitted a quote. We wrote the specifications for him and he signed. After he sent our his measurer to double check the measurements, he was furious that we wanted indoor-outdoor carpet in locations that he claimed he had not been told about and wanted $1900 more. When we pointed out that he had signed specs that included all the locations of the indoor outdoor carpet, he became furious and hung up the phone. We offered to revise his bid to add $1900 which he agreed to. However, his behavior was so erratic and emotional, we decided we did not want to do business with Apramian. We think he is emotionally unstable.

Very rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but I think that it is merited in this case. Apramian Carpet and Flooring, run by John, takes what would probably best be described as an "old school" approach to business, including hand-written orders -- a personal, family-run, non-corporate approach. The installers do good work on wood and carpet, and seem to take pride in what they do. The pricing is definitely fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Used them for our condo and they're down to earth, honest, and have been doing business for a really long time. So satisfied we are considering them for our entire condo building. Tons of on site samples, and if you can't find carpet or tile there, they'll find it for you.
