Replaced all four tires at this location -- pretty good experience. Was able to get everything done in about 45 minutes at almost-closing time. There was quite a line, and I waited about half an hour to speak to someone. That being said, the job was done pretty efficiently. At my request, they helped me bag my old tires and put them in the trunk.

They wrecked my car and refuse to take responsibility. Their insurance has denied my claim and I will be taking them to small claims court. Please take your business elsewhere as I plan to do.

Came in very late about 5-10 minutes before they closed yet they took us. They didn't up sell and recommended only 2 tires . Took only 30 minutes . Great service from everyone and Joey.

The customer service here is top notch. I had a nail removed and a tire patched a few weeks ago at no cost to me. After about a week I noticed the pressure was low again in this same tire. I made another appointment to have it looked at today, and they replaced the whole tire for no charge! The patch was leaking for some reason, and they had the same tire in stock, so they were able to replace it in just a few minutes time. They stand by their work. The staff is informative, courteous, and efficient, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for any of my tire needs. 10/10, I highly recommend.

A guy replied to this asking me to enter information on the link he provided. I did. That's the last I've heard. Not one single person has tried to contact me either by phone, text or email. I work in a company where we can only use our phones on our breaks but there's voice mail and I haven't received any of those from anyone either. Typical corporation where no one cares if you've been a loyal customer for more than half of your life or not. Done.

You get 1 chance to play with me, my safety and my vehicles! So first of all, Discount Tire in Nevada is NOT Discount Tire in Ca! I bought 4 new tires in July. Great experience! That's where it ended. I went last Friday for rotation and balance. Dude sends me to Americas Tire Depot. I call to see if they have a wait, he said I need Americas Tire. 3rd time IS NOT a charm. So I'm legit around the corner and call. Dude says 5-10 min wait. I'm there in 2 mins or less. Natalia says it's gonna be 60-75 mins! Tf I just got off the phone w homie. She said it's changed. Whatever. I have my book, let's do this. Annoying and loud folks in the lobby on the phone, adding to my irritation as I sit and watch my girl not move for over an hour!!! At this point it's taken longer to sit here and do nothing, than it took getting the actual tires (30 or so mins) I go back and ask and get the story about appointments, blah blah blah. So dude finally takes my girl in. I get the text not long after, and thank Buddha I'm out. Next day or so I'm noticing a SUPER rough ride over 65. I'm REALLY busy at this time in my life so I reason/rationalize that I need to drive it more. Then I'm like what if something's lose and flies off when I'm smashing down the road. I remember my neighbor is a working mechanic and going to school for it. We go out for a drive and he's like they probably weren't balanced right. I have trust issues with mechanics! I used to have one here and I found out he was overcharging me and misdiagnosed a repair he was over charging for! I've been lied too, given the run around, but this is a first! I LOVE my mechanic now. To the point that he's invited the family over to meet his! He knows what I've been through and that I ABSOLUTELY HATE having to deal with anyone but him bc he knows how much harm a shitty mechanic can cause! I figured I wouldn't have a problem w some simple tires. I NEVER have. Until now. Like I said you get 1 chance! I'm EXTREMELY leery of this location and the techs they employ. I took MORE TIME to go to my neighbors shop, which isn't that close, but at least I feel I can trust him and now go to him if anything occurs before I make it home to someone I trust with my car and my safety. My girl drives like she did again. Smooth and brilliant. I was LIVID! I call and get Michael/Mike whatever. He told me he was a manager. His attitude wasn't the energy I needed in that moment. He gave me a lot of the boiler plate bullshit. "Our techs are certified..." blah blah blah, "idk how this happened", "we never have problems w balancing" "it's odd" I do not give two shits what problems you've never had before! In less than a week I've had to now take more time to fix something you should've done right the first mf time! He snidely asked what solution I'd like. But I'm the customer. YOU should have one! Dealing w customers is your JOB! You could've asked my name, and for info to look into it! You had NO PROBLEM telling me I could go to another location! I can understand you saying you weren't able to see it and say anything but understand, I NO LONGER TRUST YOU OR YOUR "techs"!What a complete and utter joke. I will take your suggestion Mike. You won't be seeing this gorgeous face anytime soon! I have the warranty and they're called emergencies for a reason but it looks like I'm sticking w DT in NV, having shitty luck with knowledgeable, trustworthy folks around here.

I found a big nail in my tire and my hubby said to go here for a free fix. You'll have to wait if you don't make a reservation ahead of time. I believe there are just ton of walk-ins all day long.However, I'm willing to wait for a free patch! That's why this place has good service and is always busy. There was a nice, air-conditioned waiting room for those that want to wait for their service. You also get a text when your vehicle is ready. The nice technicians will recommend new tires if yours are worn down.

Raymond was the one who helped my boyfriend and I with our tires.We have a lexus with run flats and he was able to get us in, making it an easy and painless experience l!He has a great attitude and customer service! Definitely made our bad experience better!

Visited this America's Tire yesterday as I thought it would be a brilliant idea to get my tires rotated on my lunch break before a long road trip up north today. I made an appointment for 1:15 and checked in. I was told the car would be ready by 2:15 and told them I'd have to come back, as I need to be back at work at 2pm. Terry bumped me to the bay ASAP and I was back to work on time after the rotation. Terry and yesterday's crew are my heroes. My car and I cannot than you enough. Definitely recommended. Also- clean lobby and great waiting area.

I got a nail in my tire and brought it in for repair. Waited for it to be fixed and then when I picked up my car, before I could even leave the parking lot the tire pressure light came on so I had them check it out again. Turns out the nail was still in the tire so I have no idea what they worked on for that long? They told me it must have been a second nail they missed, but it was in the same exact spot on the same tire so I think they just didn’t repair it and tried to pass it off as fixed.

We have another location right across the street!I walked out. What a joke!!!

These guys are great. Accidentally thought they were American Tire Depot but ended up getting my Tesla Model 3 rotated here. Guys were knowledgeable and explained why my tires were wearing faster. Would come back

Amazing place! Dude fixed my tire for free, said it was a small hole and no charge. I tipped him a twenty because it’s all the cash I had that day. Highly highly recommend and plan to return for ALL my tire needs. Thank you guys!!

Fast, reliable service from a friendly staff. I came in with a nail in my tire and they patched it for free! The office was well staffed, and the repair occurred in less than an hour. Well done!
