We checked in our room and found a large roach dead on the floor, after I went and got the manager, he said that they spray regularly. The entrance door had a large gap on the bottom, no weather strip. The shower water didn't get hot. Every time I had to go to the office there wasn't no one in the office. The employees need to learn how to talk to customers. Very Disappointed with the Hotel.Rooms: Needs to cleaned better and needs lots of repairs.

I am forever indebted to the management who helped me straighten out a costly booking error that I made. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

This was perhaps the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The shower curtain was black with mold. The "white" curtains on the windows were grey with grime. The carpet was so dirty that when you shower dark black water flows from your feet from all the dirt they picked up from the carpet. The bed covers were stained. And worst of all was the pervasive smell theoughout the room of the insecticide in the roach trap in the bathroom. Upon entering the room we noticed the smell and thought it would get better, but as there is no air circulation, the smell only got worse. I can only imagine the roach killing chemicals we were breathing all night. A previous guest had stolen the TV remote and the smoke alarm dangled from the ceilings as it had been dislodged from its housing. To be fair it did appear to still work.While this place was cheap, it doesn't have to be filthy. Clearly hygiene is an afterthought for the owners of this place who clearly are just out to make an easy profit off their guests, no matter what.This place should be avoided at all costs. Book somewhere else. Although Hotwire said this place is a 7/10 it is definitely a 0! Don't believe the ratings on the websites. They are clearly not always honest and accurate.

I cannot wait the rooms because I was given false information by Priceline No not false incomplete. If they tell you a room cost so much please include there is a $250 cash or you can put it on your car but they prefer cash room incidental charge. You don't tell that to someone who's coming and expecting the pay $85 for a room. The man behind the counter was tears, short, somewhat crude. I wouldn't recommend him for the customer service awards that ultimately should replace the Academy Awards because let's face it these are the people we deal with on daily basis and they're the ones who determine what happens in our lives

They never gave me the security deposit back and the guy at the front desk was extremely rude. I had to dispute the deposit with my bank because he lied about me getting it back in 3 business days. I waited two weeks before I had to dispute. This is definitely a 2-star, last resort kinda place.

I spent night in this Motel on August 4th 2022. I’m cargo van driver and just have been driving through to the East Cost. The motel was ok like usual old 2 star motel, but A/C hadn’t been produced enough cold and room was smelling cigarettes in spite of the fact that all motels rooms are smoked-free. But it was late and I decided to stay.After 2 weeks I recognised that deposit didn’t return to my card. I contacted Motel and asked to figure it out. Women on the phone sad that everything is OK and deposit doesn’t go back automatically and I need to call again next morning to ask manager to make a return.I called back in about a week and had reached manager/owner. He already knew my name and was ready to talk to me. He sad that I left room with tons of trash and food “like you spent there 2 weeks not 1 night” and “there was cigarette smell and butts everywhere” and all the towels were used.To say that I was disappointed is not to say anything. I’m 100% smoke free person and I hate anybody smoking even under my windows. I spent in room about 9 hours working on laptop and sleeping between two working days (it’s all you need when drive 10 days from cost to cost). I didn’t have anybody with me (i just don’t know any person there) and I left early morning for loads in LA area. I left key in night window because there was nobody in the office and door was locked. Nobody contacted me about my room or deposit. I asked manager why nobody tried to contact me at the moment when the inspected the room - but he sad they don’t usually contact about deposits. I asked for some proofs cuz they trying to charge me $100 and I want to know what is is for but he sad I need to request deposit back at check out after inspection. I don’t know what I can do in situation like that. He is just lies and trying to steal my deposit. Be aware!

Room smelled,carpet was dirty,ONE toilet paper roll,towels small,not enough parking, there are spaces too small and the chances of getting dings on your car are high. Receptionist was not friendly and when I was ready to check out, he was pushing eventhough I had 2 hours left to completely leave the premises. I forgot to take pictures but oh well.

Very clean. But a word of advice. If making a reservation call ahead to have them turn the air conditioner on the room was extremely hot.

The room was surprisingly dirty on the furniture and floor. Streaks from mopping showed that dirt was being smeared around rather than removed, and with wet feet after a shower, it felt slippery like soap. The bed mattress had a sheet over it, then a blanket, and a sheet on top. We had to remake the bed to sleep between the two sheets with the blanket on top. These issues were mentioned to the morning attendant. As others have mentioned, maintenance is weak too. The internet was slow. The location has good freeway access and is not far from nice restaurants.

Okay lets start with we went with this hotel base off the google reviews on how clean the property and rooms were.Location is good. Very close to the freeway. Restaurants near by as well as a Target and Walmart.Parking lot is small but felt safe.Now we checked in Saturday evening staying 2 nights; checking out Monday. When making reservation online there is nothing statings there is a $100 deposit required upon check in. So that was a unexpected surprise. We checked in and Sonja who checked us in was nice.But that was it just nice she really wasnt helpful with my complaints. The room was disgusting and smelled like cigarette smoke terribly.There was ash on the floor in the room and bathroom and the toilet was not clean very dirty. We found a died bug(roach) in the mini fridge. I was told the maid is new and they will talk to her. Now I didnt see any other bugs after the one in the mini fridge.I have a autistic son who walks hard and always moving so I always request a downstairs room. So we dont disturb the neighbors below us. They didnt have any other downstairs room so we were stuck.So I took my family at 9pm to Wal-Mart to go get cleaning supplies to try to get the cigarette smoke smell out and make us comfortable.Unfortunately it did not work and after complaining the follow day and nothing besides "I'm sorry, we'll talk to the maid". We decided to leave.It was so bad after one night in there my son and partner begin to have a dry cough. We ended up checking out early. Losing Sunday night with no refund and took our long drive home. I will never stay there again.

As soon as I walked in I noticed the filthy carpet & there's a stain on the white sheet, it's like the maid didn't give a care when she was making the bed. The room is dark, lighting is horrible. There a ugly spinning office chair as the only seating. I'm afraid to sleep without clothes and walk barefooted here. The layout of the motel, you can see everyone coming & leaving. New paint & new furniture will make this place good, but I guess they don't give a crap.

If this place doesn’t have blankets to keep their customers warm, they should be closed down.If you see this, and are willing, please report this business to BBB.I was given a room without proper blankets to sleep with. I tried to sleep with what was provided but I can’t. It is just way too cold. I haven’t slept longer than 2 hours because I keep waking up freezing. When I asked front desk for a blanket, they said, “isn’t there already two blankets?” I told the worker no. He then brought me a thinner blanket than what I was already using. I have been freezing all night. Even turned on the heater. I am still cold. I was going to ask for a new room, one that actually has blankets, but at this point, I just want a refund and to leave. This is terrible treatment. I paid $75 for 3 nights. I deserve to be warm. When I asked for a new room, he told me a new room would not be any different.How would you feel if you froze all night, reached out for help at 3 am, because the cold became unbearable, to receive attitude and be told, “well I have to sleep sometime.” If this is the case, I would have left to get my own blanket, if nobody would have responded, and came to the front in the morning and asked for a refund.Donovan employee is very argumentative. I am grieving the loss of 3 people. I do not need to be dealing with this. I am looking to speak to someone who can help me receive better treatment at this Inn.Also what time does the front office open? I went down at 8 am to speak to front desk about my experience and was told they aren’t open yet. 830 am and front desk still isn’t open.I am now suing this hotel.John Donovan says, even though we froze all night, and waited all morning, he will not authorize a refund for my stay. He says I will only be refunded one night.He is saying that he can’t understand how I was still cold last night because they have adequate blankets and a heater, which I mentioned, and I was still cold.He told Priceline, who is helping me get a refund, that my behavior is odd.He told me it wasn’t even that cold last night.I have been cold since last night.I do not understand why he is acting like understands how my body feels.
