I brought my car for an alignment and tire rotation. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to take care of my car and the wait was shorter than I had anticipated. The car is driving good now and the steering feel is improved. The price was less than the dealership quoted me so it was a good deal.

I experienced excellent service at the Colorado Ave Pasadena location. Came in for a nail in my tire and found a clean waiting area, knowledgeable, and nice staff. After a short wait time I found it that American Tire Depot actually plugs tires for free! Wow, something free in 2024! Get over there and let them take care of all your tire needs!

I recently ordered tires online from American Tire Depot and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Unfortunately, just like my previous visit a few months ago, there were no early morning appointments available, which was a bit inconvenient.
On the plus side, the online ordering process was straightforward and convenient. However, I was disappointed that I couldn’t add the roadside hazard protection online, which would have been a nice option.
The day of the appointment, I was greeted by the attendant at the service desk, and I opted to wait for the installation. Unfortunately, the waiting area was lacking in comfort. There were only a few seats, and the space was right next to the service desks, surrounded by tires, which made the area smell like rubber. There weren’t any comfy chairs or a designated lounge where customers could relax while waiting.
Overall, this tire shop is okay and gets the job done, but it could definitely benefit from a more comfortable waiting area for customers.

I was happy that the store was local. Good service, economical prices. Fast repair. Wait time was short. There were no long lines. The store was clean and had a/c, blowing cold.(my 75yr old mom was with me) Olympics playing on the flat screen television. Hey. Can’t ask for much more in accommodations. Thank you to the fellas at American tire depot. This is where I’ll be getting my tires from here out. And you should too. Thanks again A.T.D
