Received notice that studio is permanently closed, with no way to remove you from my credit card as the corporate office said they can't do it. I'm sad you are closed, I really liked your staff.

Absolutely amazing experience. It was my first time getting my lashes done since i was a kid and i will never go anywhere else. I traveled from Anaheim Hills to Pasadena to get them done and will be continuing to come every two weeks to get them filled. Couldn’t have asked or imagined a better experience. Shout out to Tori for making my last experience phenomenal.

I am giving 5 stars for the customer service. They are always kind and accommodating and all of the girls have great personalities. I got a full set of lashes about a month ago and I loved them.; they also grew out beautifully and had great retention. A couple of days ago I was back for a lash and brow tint as well as lip chin and eyebrow wax. I have to admit that my eyebrows are a little over waxed, especially my right brow, in the middle, and my eyebrows look and feel far apart. I should have communicated better to the tech that I would like to be careful to not remove too much hair, if any, in the center. When it grows out I might try this location again.. The rest of the brow looks great. Just defeats the purpose of an eyebrow tint when you need to use a pencil to correct the wax.

Front desk staff, Justice, very friendly and helpful! Lash tech Eliza was beyond talented, gentle handed, and gave me the perfect set. Thank you all!

Surprised many positive reviews over here! I had a bad experience over here they don’t know how to do lashes thick qlue and ugly look my natural lashes got damaged badly never coming back this place again!

Eliza at the Hastings Ranch studio was amazing. Super gentle and fast. My lashes are full but not overbearing. I'm really happy with this set.

Horrible experienceI booked online for an appointment and arrived. The two young women at the front counter were rude, unprofessional and had an attitude..apparently fuel to booking online they could not find my appointment.Instead of being proactive they were incredibly condescending and acted like they didn't care.Good to know.
