Had to get my transmission fluid change done. Got a quote from the dealership and was looking for a better rate. Came here through a recommendation and really appreciated their service and care as well as the price. Would recommend this place for any car repairs and/or maintenance issues.

It is rare to find an auto repair shop that you trust and that thoroughly explains what needs repair. They are courteous and organized. I just feel bad for the mechanics in the hot workshop during the hottest days of summer. I suggest misting fans.

I have been a client for over 20 years. Accurate Autoworks has always provided outstanding service. The business is run with integrity, as reflected in how the staff treat customers and never try to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs. On more than one occasion, I have asked if something needed to be replaced, and although they could have made money, they told me that I could wait to replace the part. So grateful I found them all those years ago! Highly recommend their work!

Accurate Autoworks is simply the BEST. I’ve needed only routine maintenance for so many years I can’t remember when I first brought my car here (After Stapps Auto in Eagle Rock retired, AA is the only other mechanic I’ve had). They’re honest. Timely. Well priced for parts and labor. Can help out with tires, too. Helpful with smog checks and the little odd ball computer issues with technology on a newer car. They can sell your old car. Why are you NOT coming to Accurate Autoworks?

Check engine light was driving me crazy. I was exhausted and couldn't catch a brake. My mom steered me towards Accurate Autoworks before I could go breaking down or blowing a gasket. They really go the extra mile for their car-stomers

I came in the early afternoon for a preliminary estimate only, a very simple request for a little tailgate damage.
There was only ONE guy (his name is Joe or Moe, can't remember) who can give the bodywork estimate, after a long wait he went over and took photos, asked me to send him insurance's bill, but refused to send me the estimate without me choosing them as my bodyshop! I even told him I understood the amount is subject to change upon teardown, but all I wanted was just a preliminary estimate, like other shops did in under 10 mins, but in that 30 mins he kept ARGUING with me and literally telling me what I'm doing is "wrong" multiple times for getting estimates from different shops!!
I even told him my concerns with the insurance company and my bad experiences before so I just want an estimate before making a decision which shop to choose, but what a stubborn guy just kept arguing with me!
I was even being as nice as I could the whole time, eventually he promised me sending the estimate, but guess what? That never happened smh......
I don't have any problem with the other staffs, but what a shame the ONLY estimate guy is giving the attitudes and don't do their job as promised.
