Had a bad experience today. I dropped off my Eurovan this morning at 8:30 so he could do a diagnostic on the Check Engine light and do an oil change. He never called me with an update (I had to call him). I returned at 4:30 and he had excuses about why he was not able to check the car. He blamed someone else who was supposed to come by with the tool to do the diagnostic. He didn't even do the oil change. Terrible customer service. And he didn't even seem sorry about it. A wasted day. I mean, if you can't even trust a mechanic to do an oil change, right?

Took my vehicle in to diagnose a mystery sound coming from my tire. Victor and his team found the problem in minutes and did not charge me a cent.Yes, the wait could be a bit longer but after sitting around the shop for 30 minutes, I can see the team just want to do the best work possible for every customer before attending to the next.Junior was patient, humble and knowledgeable when providing me with over 6 different quotes for different services. Overall a fantastic mechanic shop with amazing people.

Took my BMW to Victor for decades. Had my 535i for over 20- years, he kept her alive and whole time I had her. When I first started taking my car to him there was no such thing as Yelp, Victor in an honest guy and hard worker. Thanks for years of service and rides to work. Decided to write the overdue review after seeing he had relocated to Villa St. and Allen.Thank you Victor and staff for your help. An honest man.

I've been taking my GLK to Victor since I've owned it based on excellent word of mouth praise. Efficient, expert service and best of all, refreshing honesty. A straight shooter in this business is worth their weight in gold, and Victor is a shining example! Highly recommended care for your car.

Victor and Sergio are professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to All German cars.. I travel way across town to get my car service by their establishment; Because they do amazing work and there prices are very reasonable compare to a lot of the other German mechanic places around town.. If you need a mechanic that takes pride and their work an isn't in the business of gauging you and that is fair I will recommend German Auto. ...

They are the most honest repair shop I’ve ever encountered. I didn’t even have an appt and they took me. Their work is unparalleled and their service excellent. Hands down the best Mercedes service shop I've ever used. They are very knowledgeable and have reasonable prices. They explained everything to me and let me monitor every thing they did on my car. I'll definitely use them as the only service place for my mercedes.
