Just moved to the area and I highly recommend this rocket 76 gas station the lot is always tends to be clean and as for the customer service it's always great. Thanks to the Assistant manager Mr isaias always very polite and helpful and thanks to his help for introducing the kickbacks rewards program with my rewards i was able to pay for my gas. Thank you

I am here often. I have not seen such a hard-working employee as Isaias. No matter what time of the day I have seen him, he is either smiling at the register, organizing cigarettes, cleaning, or emptying the trash cans. He is always looking productive and greets happily, cordially, and professionally.

Pro: Gas is generally cheaper here compared to other nearby gas stations. This 76 location used to be an ARCO.Con: Staff generally not too friendly. If you pay by Debit card at the pump it’s a hit and miss: The gas pump pay terminals sometimes don’t work, referring you to pay at the cashier.

I understand if customer service is bad but being blatantly rude and disrespectful is another thing. I came inside with my 4 year toddler who really needed to use the restroom. I opened the restroom and the cashier yelled at me saying ' ask me first!" It's not working! Using his hand gestures to me in an aggressive manner and it felt like he wanted to fight me. I didn't want to cause a scene nor deal with his anger/attitude but wow..no respect to their customers or to little kids. If the restroom is broken next time put a sign in front. This place needs to have a zero.

This is a gas station nearby me but even though it is convenient my experience here has not been good. Pumps are frequently closed or don't work well or don't accept card. The window wipers are frayed and tattered. The cashier booth mic does not work well. The lotto ticket machine is always down and sometimes they only take cash for lotto. Most of the cashiers are decent especially the ones in their teens and 20s, but there is a tall darker man in his 30s that very openly hates printing lotto tickets.

It charged me $93 for a $35 pump. I told her that there is no way I could of pump $93 with of gas on a 60's VW bug. Especially since I was alittle under 1/4 of a tank. She ,Consuelo said are you sure! I looked at her like she was crazy. It took almost 36 hours for my money to be corrected. Read all of there reviews and you'll understand.
