We normally go to a different 7 11 location but we're in Pasadena and needed a Big Gulp refill and 2 pepperoni pizzas for pi day. Bunny was the only worker and it was extremely busy, but he never fell behind making pizzas, cashiering, or serving the food. All with a very upbeat attitude.

Service here was frustrating. Manager and cashier are terrible at communicating and can't agree on how to help for offered deals on the app or store. Wasting time and money at this location

My husband and I went this morning for coffee and he bought me a power ball ticket; and the cashier that rung him up was trying to charge him $10 for the Power Ball ticket only. He told him they had gone up due to the winning price. When my husband told him he didn't want it the cashier told him he had to get it because he had already printed out.My husband asked him if they were $10 then why did the ticket say $2.00 on it. He said the cashier laughed in a nervous way and told him, "I'm just kidding bro".My husband also told me that every morning that he stops by to get coffee the same cashier never gives him his change ; and the reason he never made7a big deal is because the change is literally a few cents here and there.Please be aware and check your receipts and count your change when you go there.

The staff at this store are so friendly and happy, particularly Daisy. They make this store like the old neighborhood corner stores - regulars are greeted by name and with a huge smile.

Honestly, the manager "Daisy" Is super rude and not welcoming at all. Strictly on people skills I wouldn't buy from this location the way she came out speaking to me the way she did was not acceptable. If you can AVOID this location please do so, she treated me like crap for no reason! These are the type of people that should NOT be interacting with customers.

Rude cashier didn't want to accept my id and asked who was in the picture. I told him that was myself but he kept flicking it and looking back at me. And was like "No". I've never had a more wtf moment. And from I read from previous comments this place should be avoided.

This is my favorite 7-11 in Pasadena! The clerks are polite and they let you serve your own hot dogs and condiments. The Spicy Big Bite and Double Big Gulp make for a great combo! Parking lot gets a bit tight though during peak times.

So many homeless people yelling at you, demanding a quarter at the entrance of the store.And then you have to deal with a cashier who puts on his dirty disposal gloves to handle the snacks and cash at the register but takes them off to answer his phone ?He doesn't want germs on his phone but it's okay ? to put it on the snacks available with the 7.11 brand name on itI came here for a red bull and a snackJust took a red bull and lost my appetiteDont come here if you don't want dirty gloves that touch the cash and the cashiers beard as he stares at everyone entering the 7.11 store without even saying a welcome or hello
