Never go here. They are rude, incapable, slow. They made me wait 1.5 hours to tell me in 30 seconds that they cannot accept my item because it is too hard to sell. There isn’t even a guarantee the things they sell are real. No expert to evaluate anything. SAVE YOUR TIME AND AVOID AT ANY COST! SERIOUSLY!!!

What a joke of a place! I just learned that you can sell lightly used clothes. I had a bunch of stuff that my ex bought me, that I no longer fit since I lost weight. It ended up bein 21 items. 15 of them at least had tags still on them, never worn. Mostly, button down shirts, some joggers, sweater, etc. I walked in, the store itself looks pretty cool. The staff were an eclectic mix of personalities, they seemed like real cool people. I came back to get my "quote', and it was $0.40 ! The breakdown was 19 items at $0.02 and 2 at $0.01 ! Ha ! The guy who was helping me was super kind, I didnt get his name but even he was in shock! He was saying the owners really cut back on paying for clothes and said I should leave a review. You know a company is bad when the employees throw the owners under the bus. This is the kind of business that I would not want to support in anyway. I would have preferred if they said "We cant take any of these clothes, they arent our style, we cant resell them," etc. Than putting a penny as the price. That is just insulting and rude. I'll donate them to goodwill. Thank you for showing us what kind of business you are.

I read the reviews prior to coming here and didn't know what to expect but upon getting here dropping off my clothes, and getting an estimate, I was very pleased with the amount. I've sold designer and luxury clothes on Poshmark/Depop/StockX and some things you just have to come to a place like this to sell. The prices they give are very fair, the workers are very kind and straight to the point. People love to complain, ignore the other reviews and go in with an open mind and you'll be pleased and happy

I'm somewhat surprised there is a 2nd Street in Pasadena!2nd Street is a thrift store chain in Japan. They take items that are high quality and sell them back to the public. Many stores act like this in Japan, so I expect the same quality from the items at this US store too.

Thought reviews would be lying. Waited an hour and a half for disrespect. Brand new Balenciaga shirt with receipt (Retail $450) and got offered $90. A $700 Fear of God hoodie only $45 offered. A brand new supreme shirt, $12? Do not waste time here. Disrespectful offers and horrible wait for nothing. Along with paying for parking and wasting an hour. Horrible. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible business tried to show Balenciaga didn't give me a price estimate. And same for my designer sunglasses waste of time. They act so boujeee at the Pasadena store Melrose is way better

Be careful buying your stuff here. Some of them are CLEARLY FAKE but priced as original. Plus employees are not accommodating. Didn't feel welcome at all!

Good place to take your old clothes and get some money for it. Overall the place has good atmosphere and decent prices

So the reviews are correct, this is one to avoid. Laughably overpriced items, nothing is organized by size, and it's so cramped you have to duck into the clothes to let someone pass you. I'm surprised they manage to stay in business.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had a terrible experience as a seller last week. Dropped off 3 BINS worth of clothes and bags. I had good brands in there (Nike, Gymshark, Fila, Nine West, Savage X Fenty, Wild Fable) that were all in "barely used" to "new" condition. All of it just totaled up to $34 cash???But they sell clothes for at least $5 (even with stains on it), so it really does not add up that I only received $34 for 3 bins worth of goods. Honestly such a rip off when the cashier told me my total, but I did not want to have to repack my stuff into my bags after they've already put it in 3 separate bins, and then make separate trips to bring them all into my car... so I hesitantly just took the $34. I usually sell at Crossroads and they would take like 3 or 4 pieces and it would equal to the same amount that 2nd Street gave me for, again, 3 BINS worth of good brands. I wanted to give this place a chance to sell, but NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Either they were too lazy to go through what I had dropped off or they are just simply ripping me off.

I was a supplier for the high end vintage section for 3 years straight. 3 day a week seller. this company made money off my shirts pants jackets and shoes. I had no complaints until Liam lied to corporate about me. Liam was doing my buy and he really wanted a shirt that i was selling and threatened me that he wouldn't price my stuff good if I didn't give him the shirt. I then got a call the next day from the manager saying I'm banned from the store. I feel like white privilege and negligence on the corporate side are the reason this has happened. Elanour called me a fat Mexican leaning on the counter when my back is medically messed up. Not only do they racially profile but if you're handicapped don't walk in there.
