“I’ve shopped at Rue21 Selma location for years now and I love coming here for my 3 boys & daughter. I came into the store around April and one employee stood out to me, his name was Isaiah. He greeted my family as we walked in and made all of us feel comfortable. This is the first time an employee has went out of their way above and beyond, usually the employees just greet us and go along their day. We had came shopping for back-to-school clothes and Isaiah took care of all of my kids…. from fragrance, to pants, & hand sanitizers. This is my first time seeing this employee in store and he (Isaiah) is wonderful. I can’t wait to come back again!!”

“Cutest shop, friendliest staff, and nice variety of items! One of the coolest things is that you can create an account that makes shopping and returns easy, but also makes gift giving a breeze. I also I once called them about a specific clothing size and they texted me photos of all the dresses they had in that size so I could shop from home. Just amazing above and beyond customer service! Definitely will return to this store again and again.”
