So I went to this place to get a pair of pants. First thing I get is we don't sell womans clothes. I said, 'I am here shopping for a male". Oh, the pants are there pick what you want to get it from the back....As if. I asked about a "sombrero" I was told I don't know. Does anyone here know to help? She says, " no". I took my $$ to Guadalajara Boots accross the street on Rosecrans/Garfield with no attitude, answered questions, bought what I needed and ordered additional items that will be ready for pick-up next day. Customer service was great and they took my $$ with a smile and if my partner was not happy they would exchange with no problem. Thanks, Diana Inc. for not helping me......

We didn't find exactly what I was looking for but I did stumble upon a Black pair of cowboy boots for $39 . I'm a big fan of round toe with no heel boots . I'm going back for those !!
