I have been coming to do my taxes here and since the first time, they have taken amazing care of Me. I have tried other places, but nothing as excellent as Vicky Professional Services. I would recommend this place to Everyone.

We needed to get a last minute notarized letter we were in the area and stopped in this place. Horrible customer service. Specifically the balding man that sits in one of the desk in the front on the right hand corner. He was rude and pretentious. The older heavyset lady had the same attitude as if they were doing us a favor. This is not the first time we use a Notary so we know what to expect. Too bad we were in a bind and needed this document asap if it wasnt for that we would of walked out. Also, I noticed that this behavior was mostly targeted towards the Spanish speaking patrons, but once they realized that the person spoke English the behavior was toned down. They're also very expensive. Save yourself the aggravation and money and go somewhere else.

Very nice and clean place. We have done our taxes there before. Vicky is a really nice person. My only complaint and that's why I'm writing a review. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I really needed to use ladies room. Even tho the receptionist saw that I could hardly move and need it to use it. She said. They didn't have a public restroom but I could walk to Carl's Jr. "really" so if you go to this place make sure you and your kids won't need to use a restroom because they won't let you use theirs even if you are about to give birth. As dumb as this review sounds it's something very very important to pregnant women and moms with little children.

Vicky professional is a group of experienced individuals that take a unique pride in their job. I have worked personally with Vicky and Cecilia and they both possess deep knowledge of the tax code, as well as the accounting of your business. Especially in times of pressure ( april 15th ) they demonstrated their professionalism with patience to do the job correctly. One of the areas that I appreciated most about this place is their ethics in doing the right thing no matter what ! You can feel comfortable that they will always do what is correct rather than what is convenient for them. My top recommendation for anyone interested in doing things right when it comes to taxes, accounting , notary , payroll etc.

This is the second year we have worked with Cecilia. They know taxes and we received more than anticipated. I'd recommend them especially if you have a business.
