***DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!***Vagho Auto also known as Simplicity Auto! When I was buying my car the sales the sales rep NESTER treated me like my pay stubs were not real first of all. But i dealt with it because i really needed a car.The car was listed for $9k but came out to $17k which i found out after signing papers. Their reason was “APR” because of my “bad credit”. After being approved i had the car 3 days and had to take it back so they could put a “gps” and to sign more papers. Why didnt you do this when i was there?? Instead of inconveniencing me and making me come back and forth.Lastly they sold me a car that had issues. Nester is very unprofessional and childish!!!!!! When my car was in their care for repair they moved my car with letting me know off the lot to a different location and i had no idea. These people will guve you a headache!!

Scammers and liars. Car didn't work....tried to get in touch with the person I made the deal with and another employer was refusing him...said he was away in another state when I told him I needed to talk to him. Didn't even take the car off the lot and they kept a restock fee! Unprofessionals!

They are thieves who sell things that are of no use.
I bought a Ford Mistan whose gas tank didn't work and they told me they fixed it and fixed it and it never fit, pure lie. They just wanted me to tell the finance company that it was good to make me sign the contract and when I told them that I wouldn't say anything until they fixed it, they took my car and the dealer's manager took me out without returning the money. I have a receipt and I'm still going to sue it. I'm just looking for a couple of people who have been scammed to file a class action lawsuit and get their business shut down. avilalui 90 @ gmail. Com is my email if anyone wants to join in suing them.
In March we processed the claim. There are only two of us who are already here but it is already worth it.

They'll take your down payment ; let you drive away thinking you got approved ... a couple days later they called me saying the bank never approved me and I had to return the car & that I wasn't getting back the down payment. Scammers.

This is the worst place you could ever get a car from I bought a car cash for 10k and it took a year to get my title and registration, I had to call every day for months to be told "We don't know" or "I'll figure it out and call you back" only after I threatened to sue did they do anything and even then it was months of my time. This place is horrible to clients and should be shut down, it blows my mind that they are still open, oh btw all there addresses are wrong so good luck finding them

There are a lot of reviews about them on the Internet and 99% of them are bad, These people will do or say anything to get your money and once they have it you no longer mean anything to them. They sold me a 4WD_Jeep that is missing it's front drive shaft. So it is just a two wheel drive jeep. Also within a month the right front tire blew up and tore off the right front of the body. Cost me three grand to get it fixed. They told me lie after lie and told me I had to speak with the manager, who is never there and neither is the owner. Please find and read reviews about Vagho Auto before you give them any money.

If you are looking for a vehicle DO NOT LOOK TO BUY ONE HERE. These people will sell you a car/truck with a blown engine, leaking coolants and mis matching bumpers. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO RESPECT PEOPLES FUTURE INTEREST. THEY DON'T EVEN THE DECENCY TO DETAIL THE VEHICLE BEFORE THE NEW OWNERS TAKE POSSESSION. All people in the area please take NOTICE TO MY ADVICE

Bravado auto (aka Vagho auto)different name same staff. The entire dealership from the owner to the sales manager Jorge are a bunch of scam artist, they do not follow through with anything they say they will do and do not follow contracts. They sold me a Range Rover, which I drove two hours to see and because almost every one of their phone numbers do not work I had no idea they even had the vehicle. The address on the ad took me to one of their janky small lots, which the car was not there, After calling for 30 minutes I finally got a hold of Juan the manager of the small lot, he tells me to come back tomorrow because they are open by appointment only on Sunday, even though their website says they are open at 11a and I hand cash in hand to buy this car. After telling him I drove two hours to see the vehicle he finally says he'll take the time to come show it, and I have to wait yet again. After 3 hours of waiting for Juan because he was coming from Mission Veijo, he calls me to tell me to go to another lot where the car was the entire time. After four hours I finally get to see and test drive the Rover. Test driving the vehicle, The check engine light is on, but the Sales Manager of the new lot Jorge promises they will fix it prior to me having to come back two hours to pick it up on Monday. Well I wasn't able to come till the following weekend and no one bothered to call to let me know the car had been fixed, so I blindly came down to the lot to pick up my car as promised and the lot is closed down and I cannot get a hold of anyone, after calling every number I had and getting no answer, I called Juan from the other lot, he says he will call to see what is going on, never receive a call back, finally get a hold of Jorge and he tells me the car is not done that they needed to order the parts. Mind you this is all in contract that the car will be ready for pick up on this day and parts had not been ordered. So yet again I have to drive back two hours wasting my day to come back the following weekend. Two weeks after paying cash for the Rover it is finally ready to be picked up after I call them during the week. I come down an hour after they are supposed to be open and the lot is closed yet again. I call Jorge and he says someone is coming right now, I said you guys are supposed to be open an hour ago, all he can say is sorry. I finally get to drive my vehicle off the lot and within two days the check engine light comes back on. I call Jorge and tell him what is going on, he tells me they fixed the issue, I say they did not, I get to the point where I say contractually they did not fulfill their obligation, so Jorge says he will order the parts and send them to me. Three weeks later and no parts cant get a hold of him because he is on a month long vacation and the car still has the problems it had when I test drove it. Contacted the owner, but it was her "day off" so she said she would call tomorrow and never received a call. If you have read this entire story there were plenty of other horrible things I left out, I just don't have time to write a book on how shady these people do business. At the end of the day I am stuck with a car which should have been fixed by them and they could careless how they treat their customers. I hope their business fails because they do not deserve a single dollar that comes in their front door. And if you were looking to buy from there I hope this gave you some insite as to how they operate. Horrible business practice, I had to file a claim through BBB to hopefully get this resolved, because I am not going away anytime soon.
