DON'T COME HERE and or Boycott the U.S. Postal Service. This United States Postal Service in Paramount, CA is stealing packages. Yesterday June 11th 2024 my package never was received but the mailman said he delivered it. He only handled me mail in my hand. Then I received a notification that my package was delivered. How is that possible since I was waiting for the mailman at my home's mailbox even before he got there? I was tracking my package which is a collectible card. I just found out today this location has my youngest brother's packages since June 8th 2024 but hasn't delivered them. For theft this location gets Zero stars.

Not going to lie, I was scared to walk in because of the reviews but the woman who attended me at the passport office was AMAZING! She was informative polite and got things done quick. She was very helpful to other people outside as well. 10/10 recommend

I come here to return a package the lady was very rude when I came in with the box unsealed. She told me she can’t take it so I told them can’t they just tape it she said no with a tape right next to her. She said she would charge me 4.99 for taping it which is insane.

The worst place you could ever do your passports, they are so called from the government your not doing your service to your people especially to your fellow soldier. I am suppose to get the help I am a soldier! Not even worth waisting my time here especially with a old lady straight out of Mexico thinking she American straight NOPAL in her forehead hope she goes far in life. If I really had toooo 0 STARS YOU NEED TO GET RID OF HER honestly should of came with my uniform maybe she would of ran away la migra la migra !!!!

I'm going to leave packages every day, and I ring the bell, which takes time to come out or definitely doesn't come out, I ring again and nothing!I have to go to the office in front to leave them at the kiosk, I have lost several packages that I sent and I never get them back, I just have to return the money to the clients and I am the one who loses, that's why I leave a negative comment, because they do not help the community.

If you have you stuff ready, it's easy.Came in to bring an eBay return and i was sent a bar code to scan. I was told i could use the self service kiosk, so i got out off line to try and it would not take. I lost my place and it was a long wait.They also do passports and the photos that go with it.

They now have a self check out kiosk for drop off, used it and got out faster than waiting in a forever line

I was searching to get my kids passport. I called everyone and no one can give me an appointment until I called the Paramount post office. I spoke to Cielo and she was very pleasant. I explained to her my situation that I needed to get my kids passports done. She asked me some questions and said that she could accommodate me early @9am and make sure all my documents would be ready, and that she could assist me the next day. Sure enough I got my kids passports taken care of. Thank you Paramount Post Office for assisting me!

I work here in Paramount and have a PO Box in this post office. Somebody here in this post office is doing fraud... they are stealing our mail and cashing our checks. We are certain that it is happening here because an entire check run as been lost and it only makes sense that these were all lost/stolen here.

Over the past 3 months every package only from the USPS arrives opened and rummaged through when the item arrives in a box. I called USPS and they said I have to call the paramount office I have called over the past week several times and no one ever answers the phone they pick up and hang up. Today another package arrived the same way. We have cameras so no one tampered with it after drop off. This has never happened before so not sure if the new employees are doing this if a package arrives to them opened they are supposed to seal it to let you know.The 4 stars is for my experience going to the post office to send packages and or letters. I've never had any issues going in person to mail something out my packages always arrive to its destination from this particular office in paramount.
