I asked the teller if she could break $100 bill for me, she asked do you have an account with us, I said no then she said I'm sorry if you don't have an account I can't help you. I told her I will never have an account with your bank. I walked over to Bank of America, the teller was more than happy to help me.

Everyone at this branch is so helpful. I have a business and personal accounts and it is a joy to do transactions in person. They treat you like you are the most important customer in the world.

This is a horribly managed bank branch. When I arrived 9/29/20 to open an account to wire money from a pending home sale their was trash sitting on the outside bench. NOT a good sign. When I entered the bank their were no customers inside and the bank representatives were talking to one another behind the thick glass. No one greeted me and none of representatives had name tags to identify them. I told the teller I wanted to open an account to wire the funds of my house sale, but wanted to confirm again that their was a US Bank in the state I was relocating too. I gave the teller the county and state. After some time of her just sitting there looking at the screen I said to her it should be rather quick to locate the branch because I found it right away do you see it?. Then she passed me a piece a paper to write down the place for her to look it up which made me wonder what was she even doing all the time I was waiting for her to confirm the branch location? Then the representative asked what kind of account do you want to open? I was expecting I would be set up with a customer service representative that would assist me at anyone of the desks that were set up with a COVID screen, so I could comfortable sit down during this process that takes at least 20 minutes time. This is the normal process for setting up an account. Not that the customer is expected to stand the whole time while the representative sits typing all the information. I did not understand why the teller was asking me this question what kind of account did i want to open .She then stated "I can help you open the account we are opdning the accounts at the windowis ? This is so unprofessional that you expect someone to stand for 20 minutes or more and then give them no information about what kind of account options you have and then go over them providing some kind of written visual to guide the customer in understanding the options. NEVER in 30 years of banking have I seen this kind of behavior. When I expressed frustration at the lack of service from this woman she told me she did not have to wait on me. Shocked by her lack of taking responsibility to provide professional customer service I asked to speak to the manager. Liz came to the window and told me she actually had over heard the conversation and felt the representative had provided good service . The job of the manager is to handle customer service issues. If I was unhappy with the service from the representative that is when the manager is suppose to step in and provide the additional support to the customer regardless if she thinks her representative has been doing a great job. Instead Liz decided to spend the time telling me that she felt her representative was doing a good job. Liz just lost an account that was close to a million dollars because her representative and herself, as the bank manager could not figure out how to locate other US. Bank branches or how to provide professional services to a new customer trying to open account. See other unhappy customer yelp reviews that indicates poorly managed bank. Who ever the regional bank branch manager is they need to evaluate performance of the staff at this branch because they are paying employees that do not care to do their job. They made the experience all about them instead of the customer. It was all about them doing as little as possible and what was convient for them instead of providing clean facilities, with welcoming, comfortable, and competent professional services to the customer that indicates they appreciate our business. There are literally three banks located next door to this US Bank location. I choose a different bank after that disrespectful treatment and I suggest you also pick a different bank.

I've banked at this location for years. I went to deposit $1200 cash on Monday. The ATM accepted $1100 and spit back the rest. I straightened out the money and put it back in, while returning the money , the ATM machine jammed!!.. It gave me a receipt showing $1100 deposit but stated that they could not return it nor credit my account since the machine had an error. Okay fine, I called the number on the receipt and followed the instructions. The rep said that I will receive a provisional credit BUT it will take 10 DAYS!! Of course I said no, I have things going into my bank and that is my cash. The rep said I can call the actual branch and they can expedite it. I called the branch and spoke to some guy the following day and the manager would not get on the phone and so he kept relaying her responses. He stated there was nothing he can do but the provisional credit usually takes only about two days. Today is Thursday and my account is over drawn and I have no access to my money still. I called the branch back and asked to speak to the manager and got someone that lacks customer service and is very rude. Now, you have an upset customer who has no access to her funds. You hear them out and at least look into it for them, right?? I think I learned this in my 1st week of my first job as a teenager. This girl Liz kept talking not letting me finish talking and then say your talking over me so this conversation is over?/??? What??? aren't you suppose to hear me out? I'm not yelling or cussing at you but your not letting a frustrated customer talk. So she hung up on me. I called back and she answered. I told her as a manager you need to hear me out and she said "Okay speak" as if she is talking to a dog. After I was done TALKING she says "what, you want me to give you my money" Are you serious, this is coming out of the mouth of a so called manager? At that point I realized she was useless. I hung up and called back to get her information and reached Kevin, this is who the should be the manager or at least he should train Liz on customer service 101. He asked me for my account number and all my info and said that he would reach out to that department and see what is going on and if there is anything that can be done on their part to speed things up and I was talking to him the same way I started off with Liz. Liz never asked me my name, my account number and never offered any kind of help. Her rude comment is unbelievable and I will post this review everywhere. Thank you Kevin for your help.

Best Bank there is . . . If you don't agree, try banking at BofA or Wells Fargo and see how that works out for you! Good Luck.

Due to the stay in place order I’ve selected to have an appointment by phone. I was originally scheduled to have one on 3/31/2020 at 11:30am. I patiently waited for Lizbeth Santillan to give me a call. 11:45 came still no call. She never attempted to call and I couldn’t get through to the bank. I then thought maybe she forgot. Stupidly I scheduled another phone appointment for today 4/3/2020 at 10:00am. Again, with the same banker no call. I continued to receive emails and texts messages reminding about my scheduled appointments and the banker never called. If you guys are not doing any phone appointments don’t make that an option. Being disappointed twice just gave me a reason to take my business somewhere else.

DO NOT BANK HERE. I just closed my account in less than a month due to the incompetence of the staff. Katherine is rude and underqualified to be a banker and the manager is no better. They were absolutely no help to me as a customer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN BANKING...update: I just opened an account at Chase bank. I can already see the difference in customer service and I highly recommend the switch.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted information about my account. And they wouldn't give me no information. They just had me going in back and forth calling the 1888 or 1800 numbers and going to the branch I have bills to pay. They have been having me like that FOR 3 WEEKS. This is CRAZY and not even one perso has been able to help me. AND IM STILL WAITING. I wouldn't give this bank not even one star. I hope next time if I go they will be able to help me.👎

Terrible customer service. Long wait times and employees have no sense of urgency. My father was harrassed by the manager of the branch out of nowhere simply because he commented on how slow the service was. These employees including the branch manager need to be retrained or find a different profession that better suits them and is at the same pace at them.
