UMAC recycles re uses Invoices/numbers so it is very hard to track the status of box whereabouts. Typed in invoice number today October 3, 2023 for boxes picked up from Tampa Florida on August 2, 2023 bound for Manila area. The tracking system says box delivered October 30, 2019 to a person unknown to sender. Invoice receipt used year 2023 belongs to a 2019 customer. Whoaa!! UMAC if you re-use recyle invoices, make sure you clean up old data like every year clean up your data base. THANK YOU.

Umac is a slow service and stake 4 months or more to deliver your box from. manila to province and the worst is they deliver to the wrong city. now still waiting to pick up no answer phoneto call.

I will give no star at all ( it’s just I can’t post it without putting a star). Very bad service. My first time and will not going to use UMAC again to send balikbayan to Philippines. Imagine I send 3 boxes last August 2022, it’s 2023 I still do not know I when mg boxes will deliver. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I had been using UMAC for quite awhile now, nothing but I'm happy with their service so far; from the person who picked it up to those deliveries also.I will update this often/as soon as my packages arrived to each destinations via Visayas.

wow where do i start, sent boxes and also 6 of my friend asked me if umac was any good. i said yes ship with them. 5 times i shipped this years and all 5 boxes got in less than 2 months. But the six 1 omg shipped in august to make sure it gets there by Christmas was told 6 to 8 week weeks to be delivered. Its now Dec and when i call to ask about the box i get we don't know , in ship, in asia port, covid stop it, shipping is bad, weather and it not umac fault they have no control of it. I ship though umac they toke my money and told me when it will get there. a contract. Now they say it not our fault if the box doesn't get there we have no control on shipping WTF the are shipping company. they changed date 6 times for delivery. UMAC what happen to you? I can recommend you to any one as of now i have 6 friend mad at because i tolded them about you. SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOU a a contract

It’s my first time using this company and it’s prostrating cause when I tried contacting the provincial representative, they do not answer calls and messages. The shipment already arrived in the city but no deliveries yet. It’s a big question WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THE BOXES, ARE THEY PLAYING CUSTOMS AND LOOKING WHATS INSIDE THE BOX?? ?? I HOPE NO MAGIC HAPPENS ON OUR PACKAGE!! I will change this review once my package arrives.

Bad News if you selected UMAC as your preferred forwarder ! Beware of UMAC MINGLANILLA Cebu Branch. First time using this cargo from texas USA via Freedom cargo as its counterpart in Texas SHIP to cebu philippines. This guys have modus operandi getting your stuff from your balikbayan box . I have a bad experienced from them kast 3/25 and all our efforts just fall on deaf ears ! BEWARE ..
