I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jose of Tony's Towing, who went above and beyond to help me last week after my car broke down in LA. I'm so impressed with his professionalism kindness and courtesy. I had been so frustrated as I called AAA asking for service which was dispatched to a different local LA tow company where I was stuck (I won't name here) and they didn't take my service call twice as it was too far. After it being too late to get to my shop in time, getting the run-around and hours trying to get in touch with AAA to see where their driver was, I had to end up staying overnight at a friends.Then - that company ended up calling Tony's towing that next morning to reroute it to them and they accepted my service call, even though it was not in there area. Jose came in on a day he wasn't driving the truck to pick me up all the way in LA (melrose area) from Paramount, and then got me and my car safely back to Orange County. I was thankful to have such an hard working, honest, kind person to ride back with as I was so frustrated after everything I went through. He helped me understand the business, explained how the calls work with AAA , as he has been in it for over 30 years. He is willing to take calls that other tow truck companies don't want, or are inconvenient. It has been the best experience I've had so far with a tow truck company, making a horrible situation much better. Thank you Jose from Tony's Towing -- God bless!

My car died on Wednesday and triple AAA sent Tony's Towing , I am very happy with Tonys' Towing. The lady Lesley answers the phone every time I call , its so nice to get a person every time and not a machine. Lesley is nice, helpful and friendly. Lesley called to confirm the appointment. Enrique the towing guy was on time , the tow truck was nice and clean. Enrique is very polite, professional, quick, knows what he is doing. I had so much peace that my car will be okay. My car died and I had it sent to my brother to fix. It was such a pleasant experience with Tony's towing, from Lesley to Enrique and my car was delivered safely and quickly to my brother. I recommend Tony's towing and I give them 5 stars. Thank you Lesley and Thank you Enrique, job well done ! I trust you guys !

This place is horrible. They don’t answer the phone number listed outside the business. No one at the window to help the customers. Few hours since the vehicle was towed and they don’t respond so I can get the vehicle same day. I’m trying to avoid any extra fees but they are very unresponsive. Bad service bad customer service. Unprofessional.

it’s Monday July 3rd whoever answered the phone between 4-6pm is unprofessional is going to cost you business and not to mention money. We communicated that we needed a tow truck for a whole hour to two hours he gave us the run around kept telling us that they were on the way to them never arriving. The unprofessional child that works here then said no one was coming because their driver had some sort of accident, I asked why he never communicated that since two hours had passed. Needless to say this child told me to go ahead and write a negative review in hind sight does not care for this business or the people that are seeking for assistance. My mother had a whole heart attack ambulance came and this child found that to be funny.

I called AAA and they sent Tony's Auto Center (Tony's Towing) to tow my wife's 2020 Pacifica Hybrid to the I-10 Dodge/Chrysler store here locally. Raul was my driver and a totally great person. No hassles, extremely professional, knew how to disengage the hybrid van, etc. Got us there to the dealer in good time, was actually early to arrive, and all is well that ends well. I see a lot of negative reviews here, so possibly that's in Los Angeles. Here in the Coachella Valley, Raul did a great job. :)

I got a great service from this place. The dispatcher lady Lesley was so nice and dealt with my service on a polite and timely manner. I got the tow truck driver Don Chuy who was kind and professional. Some of the best professionals I've encountered in a long time..

Stranded off the 710 headed to San Diego. Drive train malfunction 93 degrees outside ... sketchy area....AAA told me 6 hours but they found Tony's Towing and they were there in 90 Minutes. Enrique drove me all the way to San Diego! He is my personal hero... even though the AC was broken in the tow truck .... Don't care!!! Enrique wasKind and an excellent driver!!!

If there was a way I could give them a negative number I would. They was contracted by AAA to tow a vehicle off the 405 in Carson. When they finally got there I was told that the original company had canceled the pick up and they had to go back to get gas from San Diego. The tow driver went to put my car on the tow dolly. He almost re-crash the car into Traffic. He simply does not know how to drive a standard shift vehicle. I think he would've the fun of driving something that had a Corvette engine in it. He then proceeded to back the car up the car ramp. When he got to the top of the rack for the car the back end of my car in my trunk, hit the front Tobar on the toe flatbed, the one that had his lights up there. The car then bounced back off the tow bed. This is all on video. And posted on YouTube and will shortly be posted other places. Neither the tow company nor AAA has been very forth with in solving the issue and it has been over three months now.I spoke several times With Tony's towing. Only to be rudely hung up on and denied that I had a claim. AAA has been not so helpful, they are possibly facing a lawsuit for failure to supervise a contractor.First off you don't back a sports car up a tow ram in a high rate of speed. It causes the front end to drag the splitter and can rip the splitter in front in entirely off the automobile. Secondly he was going to fast. Thank God I have the whole thing on video, however I was focusing on him and the front end of the car because I knew that was going to be some damage on the front end the way this guy could not drive a standard shift sports car.The only thing I can say is be careful who you allow to tow your vehicle. If you were stranded like I was sometimes it's best to send the person away and get somebody else into wrist damage of your automobile no matter what the value is.I wish there was a way I could give a negative stars to this company. Sadly they're still in business and all they have a complaints.

I called AAA, and scheduled a flat bed tow to pick up my car (it's lowered and a wheel lift will not work). AAA then dispatched Tonys towing and they also confirmed a flatbed. Approximately 35 minutes later, I get a call from Aurora stating that they are not sending a flatbed because she decided to send it somewhere else. I told her that my car can't go on a wheel lift, and she told me (with an attitude) "well then you can wait a couple of hours", which would leave me stranded for three hours. Terrible service, not what I ordered, and a nasty attitude.

OMFG. Do towing companies not bother to vet people they employ? Worse, does AAA not care about who they contract to provide services?As far as I am concerned, Tony's Towing is a fiasco. Based on all the negative reviews, I feel compelled to add mine. Not only was this guy over an hour late, I had the "privilege" of paying $110 for a tow by Tony's Towing by a guy named Enrique that cost me roughly $600 worth of damage to my brake system, over and above the $110 for the tow.See, Enrique used J hooks on the front of the vehicle, as opposed to threading it through the tires and hooking the tow to the tow hook frame. He tore up the entire brake line assembly. It is astonishing that this type of irresponsible and inept handling of vehicles is allowed not only by Tony's Towing but by AAA.I would do negative five stars if I could.

Our PERSONAL truck would not start so we called AAA and they sent out Tony's Towing. Off the start the guy gets off the towing truck and starts being rude. He refuses to tow the truck cause of a few decals(the truck was bought with the decals). Wish I could leave less than 1 star. I would NEVER use nor recommend Tony's towing. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE SERVICE
