On Tue May 30 I visited Paramount location, the employee Maria I feel was very rude although she did greet me when I entered store. Yet even another customer entered while I was looking around they ende up chatting as if longtime friends and when I was standing in line ready to check out I was completely ignored as she continued to walk away with customer to show an item. She could've rung me me up first then continued on, instead I decided to put items back and leave, I did return afterwards and was helped out from another employee. And reason it took me couple days to give review is I work 6 days a week very busy schedule. She's luck I gave even 1 star

im a customer at this sally beauty supply, i get all of my haircare products here, lots to choose from and professional stylists to help you out if you need coloring or style, this is my go to beauty store for when i need styling products, i love coming here

The cashierVanessa was so rude. She refused to give me the price on a item because she said that customers come in and change the tags on items. I asked her why was she addressing this with me because I didn’t do it! Totally unprofessional and done with other customers in the store !! The difference was only 20 cent. So disappointed and will go back to ordering online.

First off I want to remind people that if you plan on coming to work with a poor attitude might as well stay home. One of your employees had a weak opinion on my hair , I don't think that's what they get paid for. Cutting to the chase and stating that my hair is "crazy". This probably was the worst experience ever I have to even leave a review on it. It's unprofessional if you close @7 and if I go in at 650 you hit me with a poor experience / weird looks. If I have questions I believe since it's Sally's you need to have a litttle at least a litttle knowledge and patience because people aren't as educated on hair dyes / products . Poor attitude, poor costumer service, poor worth ethics. Poor enthusiasm. You need to talk to your employees and have more training when hiring. Ghetto af if you ask me and other people leaving reviews. At least have them fake a smile. - August 3rd 6:40 pm.

This place sucks. I just walked here and bought $70 worth of stuff and there's tons of paper bags on the table and the lady said that she couldn't give me a bag. She says they are for deliveries only. Like wtfff. The girl working was ghetto AF too. Says that the manager "be checking the cameras" ... like I didn't just go and by like one thing. This b**** is acting like the bag is going to come out of her paycheck. I wouldn't care normally but the fact that I walked there and I told her I was walking into please give me a 5 cent bag and she wanted to do it

The employee who works here (girl with short curly hair with orange tips) is rude. Kindly asked for help but she clearly looked bothered when I asked her questions. Poor customer service. Hire people who actually want to help.

I love Sally's Beauty but my experience with Justina was horrible. She lacks customer service and has the worst empathy ever. I asked her for help and it was useless and then I was updating my SallyBeauty information and she seemed so out of it, so annoyed with helping me and I'm very polite. I a thousand times wish someone else would've helped me because she just feels like she doesn't belong there. I've gone times before and they're smiley and enthusiastic, I know we're in a pandemic and everything but GIRL, SMILE. Be polite, attend your customers, don't go to work if you don't have the energy or check for another career.

No supply of poplar colors... many came in and were NOT happy at all. Stock your red colors, it been hard to buy any thing!
