I purchased a griddle from this warehouse and the first time I used it on just hot dogs just to try it out before I took it to my Community event. The griddle worped really bad. The owner of the warehouse told me that it was because I only had 2 burners on out of 3. I then asked him, why didn't he tell me that I needed to put on all three burners at the same time and slowly accelerate the flame When
he sold it to me. I then told him. Well, If you would have told me this When I purchased the griddle I would have followed your direction. He then told me that it would fix itself once I used it again but put all burners on.
Well, on the day of my event, I got embarrassed because it worped So bad that the bacon wrap hotdogs would almost roll off the grill. It made my event a disaster regarding the cooking of the bacon wrap hot dogs.
So again I went to the warehouse and told him what had happened and he just grinned and said that he couldn't do nothing about it. Also one of the knobs to control the flame did not work anymore. It just went around and around and did not turn off. And he said he will not do nothing about it. So I thought I would share with everyone.What had happened because I really don't know If this has been happening to other people.
If you go to this warehouse and purchase something, Make sure it works properly because if it doesn't, You're stuck with it.

Becareful of your experience here with returns. They refuse to even do an exchange for my mother on a meat grinder that did not work like it should. Not wanting any money back just an exchange for even money for a manual one. The owner does not know good business. We try to keep business here in are home town , but will not drop another penny here. So once I locate her receipt or statement will be asking for money return no exchange.

Cuidado cuando compran de aqui. Muchas de las cosas aqui no sirvenCustomer service was clearly not a priority here and also customer safety was not in mind. I was in the isles looking at items and various employees kept passing by with overstocked carts that actually lightly brushed against me. I bought a couple of items from the store some of which were dirty and when liquid was placed in them it was found out to be broken.

My experience was that I have only been there once and they answer someone reluctantly.
They don't help you
And the truth is, the prices are high.

Wow! My neighborhood store for 12 years, he has everything!! Ask him what you want or need and help will come right up, the prices are very convenient and the quality is great ???

I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with Rafael Tools.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by Rafael.When I purchased multiple products from your company a few days ago, we encountered defects and attempted to exchange them for functioning items. However, instead of accommodating our requests, you accused us of causing the defects ourselves.Considering our long-standing history as a wholesale customer. I will no longer be conducting business with this company.I urge others to consider the same course of action; as seen in the reviews, it has happened before to others.It is clear that Rafael Tools values profit over customer satisfaction. I refuse to support a company with such blatant disregard for its clients.
