This place has just about everything you need! Screws, nuts, bolts etc! This place is also my go to spot when it comes to kitchen hardware. They have a huge selection on knobs and pulls and the hardware to build your kitchen cabinets!

Back in April of 2018 we bought a pulverizer from Pro Fasteners for $3,500.00. At first our contact at Pro Fasteners, Adina would not stop calling us regarding us buying the pulverizer. However, when the pulverizer did not work for us and we returned it, Adina stopped taking our phone calls. During the next 2 months after we returned the pulverizer they issued a couple of refund checks but none of them went through. It turned out that they were stopping the payments after issuing the checks. After promises of issuing new checks and cashier checks, we did not get anywhere with them. They continued to avoid our calls and ignored a letter from our attorney as well. Finally, in December 2018, we decided to take Pro Fasteners to Small Claims Court. When we got our court date in February 2019, we spoke to Adina about the issue we were having with the return. She explained that there was some cleaning they had to do on the machine so they "lost" money on this sale. (This was the first time hearing of this and had they told us earlier, we could have come to some sort of agreement). However, she also informed us that they had sold the pulverizer to another company. So they got paid twice for the same machine since they did not return our money! On our court date, Adina agreed to pay $3,000 in monthly installments of $500 until the balance was paid off. To this date, we have not received a penny from them. All they do when we call is give us the run around. We even hired a collection agency to help us get the money and they could not get any money from them either. We regret ever having done business with them since they are so dishonest and avoid your calls when you need something.

The receptionist was not helpful at all. I called to ask a question about advice on fasteners and she responded by saying "we don't don't tell anyone how to put things together...". They should just call themselves Fasteners instead of Pro Fasteners.
