The Original Owner is back and now owns the entire shop. prices are now reasonable, mechanics are honest and they were able to work on my car with no issues!

I handed the guy my keys and he started off by driving off the lot and went around the block without asking me while Reving my car from that point I had a bad feeling towards the situation so when I asked to be present when he worked on my car he refused which led to me to ask to leave & go to another mechanic shop to which an argument started to than him cussing me out just

Got to the place at 4:40 to do a oil change and mechanic said it’s too late they close at 5pm Google says 5:30 smh definitely not coming here at all!

We are in CA visiting family - car started to make weird sounds - it was New Year's Eve and everyone was closing but we needed it looked at now - this group was kind enough to look and repair - which included getting parts all within two hours - all better

After Armando left this place has been going down hill fast ... Ernesto will not stay consistent with prices ... I've had 3 different prices on an oil change on the same vehicle. If you pay cash he doesn't give you a receipt. I was coming because of the Costco discount but he is selective in when he will allow you to use the discount. He is very short in communication & poor customer service. I was told my brakes would be $570 all around with rear rotors done .. i only did the back & was charged $350 for rear Ernesto told me get front done asap before its metal to metal .. upon my return 3days later to do front brakes i was told only 1 side needed a rotor turn unlike the back where both was needed & done & he would be charging me the same as the back. Well I was just told that the same service done with only 1 rotor to be turned will be $450 only because he thought that's what he charged me 3days ago. After explaining that he didn't & its for this very reason I asked for a receipt he got a little hostile & said the cheapest he could do it was $440 I understand it's holiday time but trying to get over on customers that you've had since 2010 is ridiculous

Update: New Owners took over the Pit Stop, Now they over charged and they'll try to break something small to charge you again ( it happened to me ). I Recommend going somewhere else.Old Review: These are the Mechanics you want to get your vehicle checked, they are honest and trustworthy, no issues and Fast service, I highly recommend coming here.

Fast service, great people and always tell it to you straight. They have always told me what's wrong with my vehicle and have even showed me how to fix some problems with out charging me.

Man my trust tolerance is very low now days, but once I took my vehicle to Pit Stop, they treated me like family and fix my car like no other..., meaning! They not only gave my car better performance, but they go out their way to check anything else that may give me a future problem; or, they'll just fix it with code of ethics. My car do not over heat anymore...,I get better mileage....,I don't have to wait for it to warm-up anymore since it's kinda old, and the prices are reasonable. I will not go nowhere else for engine repair Pit Stop is my spot. i/Gi
