I have used this company a few different times. Arthur is great and very knowledgeable when it comes to printers/copiers. My company has a older model printer/copier and we needed some parts to fix it. Arthur found them and was able to replace them at an affordable price. Our office has been using Paris Printer Repair for several years now. I've always had a great experience with them. They always respond to our requests in a timely manner and now we go to them when we need toner for our printers. The toner seems to be better quality and it gives us less problems than when we order from a regular supply store.
